It is good but I would expect little improvements for a bit of comfort. The staff are polite.
Pros:

The room was good, but we were issued a high toilet, which seems to be for disabled persons

Cons:

The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, but there was no provision of kettles or cups for even hot drinks in the room. For a three-star hotel, I would think that this is the least they can make available in their rooms. Some clients may wake up late in the morning or come back late to their rooms. At least Cups, bags of tea or sachets of coffee can be their expectations in any room, regardless of how the room has been categorised.

Pros:

La posizione, la possibilità di disporre del parcheggio della struttura al coperto, nonché la pulizia della camera e del bagno.

Cons:

L'illuminazione del bagno, insufficiente, visto che è sprovvisto di finestra.
La colazione quale spesa a se stante, dal costo a mio avviso esagerato, tenuto conto che gli italiani consumano una caffè ed un cornetto, o giù di lì.
Ci siamo rivolti ad un bar pasticceria nei pressi, a pochi passi.
