Pros:

Personale gentile e struttura rimessa a nuovo, con bella piscina interna ed esterna. Camera bella e bagno molto grande comodissimo. In pochi minuti di auto si è nel centro di Urbino.

Ottima posizione, colazione gradevole. Stanza nuovissima e ampia, ben arredata, con tutte le comodità; bella struttura. Staff pronto a risolvere piccoli problemi, con grande cortesia, minimizzando il disagio.

Cons:

La stanza, al nostro arrivo nel tardo pomeriggio, non era ancora pronta. Lo staff si è prodigato per risolvere il problema nel minor tempo possibile. Di sicuro un imprevisto, ma ci è dispiaciuto non poterci riprendere subito dalla stanchezza del viaggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel di Urbino e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti!
Noi eravamo nell’ala nuova e la nostra stanza era molto grande, accogliente e curata. Il bagno davvero bello, ma la doccia è stata spettacolare: comodissima e davvero piacevole!
Abbiamo anche mangiato in struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene: ottima qualità del cibo e un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero interessante.
La colazione merita una menzione speciale: molta scelta e prodotti per tutti i gusti, davvero un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata.
Ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stato lo staff: gentile, disponibile e soprattutto molto umano, una qualità che fa davvero la differenza.
Sicuramente torneremo! Grazie mille per la splendida ospitalità e a presto!

Bardzo udany pobyt. Cisza, spokój, nieopodal przepiękne Urbino, bez tłumu turystów, tłoku, hałasu i kolejek.
