Above and beyond
Pros:

We spent the last 2 nights there while hiking TMB. The staff and management were amazing! I cannot say enough good things about their attentiveness to details and any questions we asked. I highly recommend, beautiful hotel and great location

She didn’t spoil our visit

Cons:

The receptionist !!
She was really rude. Very sarcastic and grumpy. She even stated that even though she was originally from UK that she came out to France to get away from the English!!
She was like a hormonal teenager.

Beautiful alpine hotel
Pros:

The front desk gentleman was immensely kind and helpful as was the front desk woman in the morning. The room is beautiful and the hotel is very ce really located. Perfect for those doing the TMB.

Perfect stay in Courmayeur
Pros:

The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily return.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello anche se datato. Incluso nel prezzo c'è una piccola sauna e un piccolo bagno turco molto rilassanti.
La colazione ottima molto varia ed abbondante. Parcheggio a pagamento molto comodo. Pulizia perfetta. Posizione ottima. Ci torneremo!

Breakfast was great. The room was huge.

Cons:

One of the beds was sinking in the middle, like there was a role. They did change the matress, but the second one sinked in the middle as well. They should probably buy new matresses.

Exceptional helpful staff that really went over and above to make our stay a great experience. I would highly recommend.

首先一入住前台就很热情地问我，我说你怎么知道是我他说今天就一个中国人然后看到了我哈哈哈哈，超级可爱的前台
是那种很old school的钥匙🔑。离最热闹的商业街也很近，房间也很大，窗外就是雪山。
早饭也很丰盛，吃了超级多嘻嘻
