Lovely hotel with very helpful staff
Pros:

We loved the location and the lovely mountain view balconies

Cons:

The people in the room between my friend and I smoked on their balcony a lot - both in the morning and the evenings which lowered our enjoyment. We had to ask them to stop smoking both evenings so we could leave our doors open for fresh air to sleep.

Good family stay close to everything
Pros:

Our room was pretty big & fit the four of us well (our boys are 15 and 20). It was quiet and had a nice balcony.

Cons:

The pool is very small!

Great stay, great food, will come back!
Pros:

Great stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Laundry service was a plus after days on the trail, at a reasonable price. The restaurant is awesome -- breakfast was great, and the dinners were amazing. The wait staff recommended some great local wine with the freshly prepared dishes with local products.

Above and beyond
Pros:

We spent the last 2 nights there while hiking TMB. The staff and management were amazing! I cannot say enough good things about their attentiveness to details and any questions we asked. I highly recommend, beautiful hotel and great location

Perfect stay in Courmayeur
Pros:

The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily return.

She didn’t spoil our visit

Cons:

The receptionist !!
She was really rude. Very sarcastic and grumpy. She even stated that even though she was originally from UK that she came out to France to get away from the English!!
She was like a hormonal teenager.

Beautiful alpine hotel
Pros:

The front desk gentleman was immensely kind and helpful as was the front desk woman in the morning. The room is beautiful and the hotel is very ce really located. Perfect for those doing the TMB.
