Sehr nettes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und man ist auch in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer war zwar eher klein aber ausreichend. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer/Bad sauber. Es gibt auch einen Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee.
Das Frühstück war okay, leider gab es aber kein frisches Gemüse und auch keine Auswahl an veganen Alternativen (Bsp.: Hafermilch).

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Das einzige, was besser hätte sein können, war die Auswahl beim Frühstücks-Buffett (frisches Obst/Gemüse, vegane Alternativen).

Giovanni çok konuksever, her konuda yardımcı olan bir çalışandı. Otel gayet temiz, her gün yeniden temizliği elden geçen, konum olarak iyi bir tesisti. Her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Perfect Florence Stay
Pros:

This is a very clean, efficient hotel. Giovanni has high standards the room was perfect with a comfortable bed and it was a pleasure to stay there. The breakfast was just right for me, for 5 mornings, a good choice and plenty to eat. The hotel is in a quiet area but with all amenities and attractions in easy walking distance. The bus stops are close but I never used them. I have no worries in recommending Hotel Delle Camelie to anyone.

Cons:

I suppose if I had to be critical the view from the room overlooked the small courtyard, but since I was always tired on my return from sightseeing, this was not a concern for me.

Pros:

The hotel staff is very responsive and helpful. The hotel’s location is convenient for all directions: museums, the train station, walks around the city, and, at the same time, peace and quiet.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet understated hotel.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and included everything we would expect. Location was perfect for getting to and from the main station, with several good restaurants within easy walking distance. A number of Florence's most famous attractions - like the Uffizi and Accademia galleries - were easily close enough to walk, so public or private transport was never required,

Cons:

The room could have been a bit bigger, to allow for the inclusion of a small sofa - it is never that great when you essentially have to sit on the bed, The bathroom was also pretty small, with a sliding door that did not lock.
