Clean and functional.
Pros:

Very clean and in a good location. Perfect for a short stay and within a few minutes of tram stop to airport.

Cons:

Not much sound proofing between rooms. If you are looking for something with character, this isn’t the place for you.

Pros:

A very nice and cosy hotel in the heart of Florence, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great staff.
Pros:

I was positively surprised to find this hotel in central Florence. The location is extremely convenient, at the same time near the station and at a few steps from the centre. The breakfast was excellent with an offer of high-quality products. The hospitality of our host was superb and we had our room available before the standard check-in time.

Cons:

I was happy with the general state of the hotel. The only remark could perhaps go the sink toiletries, as they could be provided in a bigger supply for each room.

Céntrico, tranquilo y limpio
Pros:

Superb! Outstanding! Above and beyond expectations!
Pros:

Absolutely underrated and lovely. Friendly and attentive staff, good location and the rooms are great. Comfortable beds, no sounds during sleep and strong AC. Bathrooms are great, hallway is clean and it has an elevator! You can opt fot an online self check-in that saves time when you arrive. They are outstanding and we would definitely return here.
