La primera noche en la habitación #1 fue FATAL, muy ruidosa, afortunadamente nos cambiaron a otra al dia siguiente y la estancia mejoró mucho, pocas conexiones tipo europeo, desayuno muy básico, escaleras para llegar al desayunador muy complicadas. Al llegar ves un elevador y acceso al hotel MUY poco convencional, hay varios hoteles operando en el mismo edificio.

Fantastic Location
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located just a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and which is really convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly, room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely view overlooking the famous
Brunelleschi's Dome. You are also only a short walk from Palazzo dei Congressi, Central Market, and Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. I also loved the old fashioned lift!

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt. Die Größe der Zimmer war sehr gut, großzügig und sehr geräumig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht gut, wenig Auswahl und keine hochwertigen Lebensmittel. Außerdem war tagsüber die Heizung automatisch an und ließ sich nicht abschalten, was bei Außentemperaturen und strahlender Sonne zu einem sehr warmen Zimmer führte.

Great location close to train station and main attractions
Pros:

Nice high ceilings and good size rooms. Location is perfect. Staff was friendly. Overall a good option, but a few things that they could improve on for sure.

Cons:

Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Mosquitoes in the room. Window was broken. A little expensive for what you get in my opinion.

A second visit is in my plans
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious … especially the fresh cakes, jams and Nutella. Location perfect to train station, the Duomo and leather market. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a kettle, coffee and milk in the room.

A comfortable, well located hotel with a great breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Great croissants, coffee, cheeses, meats - a very good buffet. The serving area was comfortable, although a bit difficult to climb up a flight of stairs to get there!
