Un belle semaine dans une ville magnifique!
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil le jour de l'arrivée, le personnel et leur conseils de visite. L'hôtel fournit des badges qui ouvrent les chambres et les portes d'entrées ce qui nous a rendu complètement autonome. De plus l'hôtel est à côté d'un arrêt de tram ce qui permet d'arriver et de rejoindre l'aéroport facilement.

Pas de point négatif.

Fabuloso hotel en edificio de epoca con una buena ubicación
Pros:

Hotel familiar, nos atendieron con mucho cariño dándonos tips para coger el tranvía desde el aeropuerto, sitios que ver, etc. El desayuno fabuloso. Establecimiento muy recomendable

Cons:

Lo único que se me ocurre sería colgadores en el baño para las toallas aunque tampoco nos supuso mucho problema

We will not stay here again.
Pros:

Not good. Very limited items. No veg. Hot item. Owner was not flexible to open little early in the morning so we can catch our flight. No offer for boxed breakfast either. Helped us with luggage.

Cons:

Room too small not practical. Twin beds are like child beds.

Hôtel idéal à tous points de vue. Un grand merci à nos hôtes.
Pros:

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et prêts à rendre service. Tout est propre, la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont très grandes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet et bon. L'emplacement, non loin du couvent San Marco est idéal pour tout visiter à pied. La rue est très calme bien que proche du centre.

Tolle Lage, herzliche Gastgeber, saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Marco empfangen und bekamen sogleich am Stadtplan eine Einführung, wo die besten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants zu finden sind. Außerdem die Handynummern von den Inhabern, Roberto und Marco für Notfälle.
Die Lage ist super: vom Flughafen konnten wir direkt mit der Straßenbahn T2 (fährt tagsüber alle 6 min., Fahrkarten zu 1,60 €/ Person am Automaten am Bahnsteig erhältlich) in ca. 30 min. bis zur Haltestelle "Cavour" fahren, von dort ca. 150 m zum Hotel. In die Innenstadt geht man ca. 1 km, schräg gegenüber ist eine kleine Konditorei und in der Nähe mehrere gute Restaurants.
Das Gebäude ist älter und verfügt über einen interessanten, alten Aufzug, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber mit bequemen Matratzen. Aircondition funktionierte gut.
Für italienische Verhältnisse gibt es ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auch mit herzhaftem Anteil. Die Gastgeber füllten nach und führten nette Gespräche mit ihren Gästen.
Beim nächsten Mal würden wir hier wieder übernachten.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten: der Lüfter im Bad war extrem laut, im Frühstücksraum ist es sehr eng.

La présence d'un mini frigo dans la chambre, très apprécié par cette canicule.
La literie ferme et confortable.
La taille de la chambre et de la douche..
Le calme du quartier passé une certaine heure.

Cons:

Le bruit dans les couloirs et parfois celui dans les chambres voisines (ménage commencé très tôt) étaient trop perceptible depuis notre chambre.
