Séjour agréable hors du temps.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse et le sourire des propriétaires.
L’hôtel avait un cachet ancien particulier hors du temps.
La chambre qui donnait sur cour était calme.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçu par la ville de Florence et avons été pressés de la quitter Après seulement trois heures
il y a tellement de touristes en masse que c’est insupportable.

L'hotel si trova in una buonissima posizione dalla quale si può raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. Lo staff è super, cordiale, amichevole. Le camere ben organizzatre!

Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating - they really do treat you like family! The breakfasts were great, we loved the home made pastries as well as the healthy options.

Cons:

This furnishings were a little older in general, but the shower looks to be recently updated so we appreciated that.

Will definitely use again when in Florence.
Pros:

Close walking distance to shops & attractions. The owners were most accommodating. The breakfast selections were varied and really good.

Cons:

Improve signage to indicate hotel is on the first floor (not the ground floor) of the building.

Pros:

Удобное расположение в центре города, недалеко от вокзала (около 20 мин пешком) на спокойной приятной улице, по которой ходит трамвай. Достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Отель очень приятный и красивый. Номера чистые, комфортные. Кровать удобная с хорошим матрасом. Завтрак отличный и разнообразный в уютном зале.
Отдельное спасибо хозяевам отеля Марко, Мануэле и Роберто! Нас очень радушно встретили, было приятно общаться и решать любые вопросы. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Cansativo e decepcionante.
Cons:

Cama pequena, o banheiro do quarto ao lado é colado na parede cama, se acorda no meio da noite com a descarga sendo dada do banheiro vizinho.
Há um buraco na parede do aquecedor no banheiro.
Ao chegar havia um sabonete usado no box.
Não indico a ninguém.

Very very comfortable and cheerful stay.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Staff kind , cheerful, more than helpful. They kept my luggage for the morning. They helped me get to English mass at the duomo. They ordered a taxi for me and waited outside with me to meet the taxi. The building had an elevator which I did not expect. Quiet room. Good air conditioning. Professional and knowledgeable staff.

Angenehme Unterkunft in guter Lage zur Altstadt und supernettes Inhaberpaar
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nette Inhaber, Sie waren immer ansprechbar, gaben gute Tipps und haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren in Ordnung und absolut groß genug für uns. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Keine 50 Meter von der Unterkunft fuhr die Tram T2 (1,70€ p.P.) über die Endhaltestelle Universität direkt zum Flughafen. Dort ist die Haltestelle keine 100m vom Abflug entfernt.

Very happy to recommend this hotel 😊
Pros:

The breakfast was great, lots of choices; the location was great - an easy walk to major attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery etc and nice restaurants within 10 mins walk.
As well, the room was spacious, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom very accessible and spotlessly clean.
Plus the owners could not have been more helpful and charming.

Cons:

Cannot complain about anything - even for my husband who is partly disabled, we managed to access ok despite some steps up from the street, and he could leave his small mobility scooter in the foyer safely as the outer doors are locked at night and there is a small lift to give access to the hotel.
