Gentillesse et calme
Pros:

J'ai adoré la gentillesse et la bienveillance des gérants, dont un qui parle très bien le Français. Ma chambre était spacieuse et jolie, la clim était très très appréciée. Je n'entendais quasiment pas la circulation.

Cons:

La douche (peu de jets pour se rincer c'est pas top) et les WC capricieux mais ce ne sont que des détails

Excellent hotel. I wouy
Pros:

The location was excellent, just three blocks to Plaza San Marcos, and all other touristic places.Amazing staff/owner! Marco, Manuela, Roberto and were so friendly courteous and helpful with everything. The hotel has a unique charm and great location, super close to Tram and less than 10 min walk to the square. I would highly recommend this property for a nice stay in Florence. The breakfast included was a huge plus prior to starting your day!

Cons:

There are not AC in the lobby and corridors.

Wonderful
Pros:

Run by a lovely couple who were very welcoming and helpful. This historic hotel is located in a quiet part of the city which felt safe but at the same time was a very short walk to the city centre.

Cons:

Staff turned off AC and even the tiny fridge when we were out to save on electricity! Not an acceptable behaviour! Breakfast was tricky, we only ate the safe options to avoid getting sick. Also limited breakfast overall despite what other reviews mentioned.

Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza e una disponibilità che non è così facile trovare. I proprietari sono due persone splendide, estremamente cordiali, attente e sempre pronte ad aiutare.
Non si sono limitati a offrirci un soggiorno confortevole: ci hanno accompagnato anche nella scoperta di Firenze, consigliandoci cosa vedere, come muoverci e quali luoghi visitare, sempre con grande pazienza e disponibilità. Ci hanno persino aiutato a risparmiare sul parcheggio, dandoci indicazioni preziose che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.
È proprio questo che fa la differenza: sentirsi accolti, ascoltati e avere qualcuno sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle proprie esigenze.
Grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro soggiorno a Firenze ancora più bello. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi non solo un posto dove dormire, ma un luogo in cui sentirsi davvero benvenuti. ❤️

Un belle semaine dans une ville magnifique!
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil le jour de l'arrivée, le personnel et leur conseils de visite. L'hôtel fournit des badges qui ouvrent les chambres et les portes d'entrées ce qui nous a rendu complètement autonome. De plus l'hôtel est à côté d'un arrêt de tram ce qui permet d'arriver et de rejoindre l'aéroport facilement.

Cons:

Pas de point négatif.
