Great Hotel
Pros:

We had a deluxe room which was quite large with a couch and large bathroom. Crisp fresh sheets. Very clean. Top 5 best hotel showers ever. Hot water and nice strong spray. Great location but there are lots of stairs. Breakfast had excellent coffee and a good selection but they do stop serving at 10 am. I think they should consider extending it to 10:30. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Lage top, Hotel Flop
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Dachterasse.
An der Rezeption ist das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht.
Und die Sauberkeit ist lobend zu erwähnen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne Standard.
Es hat im Zimmer kontinuierlich nach Abwasser oder Dämpfen aus einer Kanalisation gerochen. Das ist bestimmt auch der Grund, warum wir im Zimmer schon einen Dufterfrischer gefunden haben, der aber auch nicht besser roch.
Das Reinigungspersonal und das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück bringen kein Lächeln über die Lippen, selbst nach einem Trinkgeld nicht.
Für das Geld würden wir nicjt nochmal buchen.

Sehr zentrale Lage am Ponte Vecchio

Cons:

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht den Gegebenheiten. Das Hotel, insbesondere der Rezeptionsbereich, der miefige Zeppich im Treppenhaus und die Frühstückszone wirken alt, abgenutzt und runtergekommen.
Dies war sehr enttäuschend und entspricht eindeutig nicht einem 4Sterne-Niveau.

L’emplacement parfait et le rooftop de toute beauté.

Cons:

Certaines photos indiquent un jacuzzi/spa, il ne nous a jamais indiqué et je pense qu’il est lié à une suite. Nous aurions aimé être au courant.

Läget var oslagbart och en fantastisk takterrass. Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående.

La atención del personal era estupenda, nos ayudaron en todo y nos resolvieron las dudas. Llegamos un poco antes de la hora de check in y nos subieron las maletas a la habitación.

La terraza superior del hotel es súper agradable con vistas bonitas de Florencia.
