Location and roof top breakfast are delightful
Pros:

The location and breakfast were wonderful. The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the breakfast was good. We ate up there each day . The room we stayed in for our last night had a 14th century fresco on our ceiling. The ancient building is full of wonderful architecture and amazement.

Cons:

The first room we were in for 3 nights was unclean. Even though the building is very old it can still be clean. The light switches and door frames were all smudged and dirty. There was food or throw up splattered along the baseboard that hadn't been cleaned. I complained and they took care of it but that made for an uncomfortable stay.

Kaunis, hyvinhoidettu, charmikas hotelli. Ihanan ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta sai meidät todella viihtymään. Hyvä aamiainen! Ylhäällä on upea terassi, jolta näkee hienosti kaupungin sydämen ja kauniit puistot. Sijainti on mainio: Aivan kivenheiton päässä Arno-joesta, kaupungin sykkivästä sydämestä ja toisaalta lähellä suurta puistoa. On monta mahdollisuutta ja tekemistä riittää. Kannattaa huomata, että
La Scaletta on nimensä veroinen, on hieman sokkeloinen ja talossa on paljon portaita. Hissi toimi kuitenkin hyvin ja oikeastaan vain lisäsi charmia tässä kauniissa vanhassa talossa. Jo sisääntulo on vaikuttava kauniine seinä- ja kattomaalauksineen. Kaipaamme jo seuraavaa matkaa tänne!

Nämä ovat vain pieniä asioita, eivät oikeastaan haitanneet: Kylpyhuoneessa (sviitti nro 109) saisi olla naulakoita vaatteille. Minibaari saisi olla olohuoneessa, eikä makuuhuoneessa. Olohuoneessa saisi olla myös olla roskakori. Mutta molemmat huoneemme olivat erittäin siistejä, joten kaikki oikeastaan ok.

Property was well located just steps from the beautiful bridges on the river, allowing you not to have to stay in the core of the city. The staff was very accommodating, and the room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained and decorated.
