Great value for money and location
Pros:

Great hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

Well appointed hotel with stunning reception area. Staff very welcoming.

The hotel room was lovely and air con superb. Fully controllable.

Only criticism at all was cleaning staff knocking at 9.30am to clean. Strange as they knew we were in - hotel asked for keys to be left there when out.

Otherwise a wonderful hotel 🏨

Pros:

Svært god beliggenhet og fine rom.

Cons:

Meget dårlig WiFi. Det er også svært dårlig dekning på mobilnettet som forsterker problemet.
Det var alt for lytt og ble vekket om natten av fulle beboere.

A superb hotel to stay in Florence
Pros:

The room was amazing. Big enough with a bathtub and infrared sauna. The room stayed cool even though the outside temperature was very hot

Cons:

Maybe the internet could have been a bit faster. There was poor reception with my own phones internet.

絶好のロケーション、素晴らしいスタッフ
Pros:

スタッフはとても親切で素晴らしいサービスだった。ロケーションも良く、中心地の観光にはベストだった。

Cons:

部屋を出ると予期しない場所に階段や段差がたくさんあり、入り組んでいます。高齢の方や小さな子供にとって注意が必要です。私自身も階段を踏み外し転んで捻挫をしました。
