Really great location. As well as being v central it’s above a really good, cheap breakfast place and there are tonnes of really good restaurants around too. Staff are very helpful too and are happy to speak English to you.

Otel sahibi çok kibar, güvenilir ve ilgiliydi. Otel imkanları oldukça yeterli. Temiz. Ve konumu harika. Otelden tüm Floransayı yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Otelin etrafı sayısız kafe restoranla dolu. Tekrar gelsek yine aynı otelde konaklarız. Tavsiye ediyoruz.

L'annonce sur Booking est inexacte. Pas de mention de petit-déjeuner non inclus. En ce qui me concerne, cela m'a fait penser que le petit-déjeuner était inclus d'office (en principe, dans un hôtel, on dort et on mange le matin). Or, l'établissement ne propose pas de service de petit-déjeuner. Pourtant, en haut de l'escalier, un panneau indique "Salle de petit-déjeuner", mais un autre panneau est collé par-dessus qui dit le contraire. Un hôtel qui ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner devrait au minimum le signaler clairement.
Pas d'ascenseur avant le premier étage à la réception. Or, l'annonce affirme qu'il peut y avoir un service de portage. En réalité, sur place, on voit dès l'entrée un panneau annonçant que les bagages ne sont pas pris en charge. Et l'escalier est raide jusqu'au premier. J'ai demandé assistance pour ma valise au moment du départ pour la descente et le préposé m'a répondu qu'il ne pouvait pas porter car il avait une hernie. Soit ! Je crois qu'on se moque du monde.
Literie épouvantable, bien trop dure.
Hôtel qui ne mérite même pas ses deux étoiles et sûrement pas une note aussi haute sur le site.
