Pros:

Lovely old Italian building, room was a tad bit small but it works for a few nights away , staff helpful, breakfast was good , comfortable bed

Stairs up to the room but u just go slow

The stay was good, the location was amazing but the youngest receptionist was unpleasant.

The location is amazing and the majority of the staff are friendly

Cons:

There was one receptionist, the youngest man on the team, who was particularly stingy about the water. All the other staff members were very friendly and had no problem refilling the water for us, except for him.

He told my husband that the water wasn’t free, but no one had told us that before. On the contrary, all the other staff members had been offering and refilling the water for us without any issue.

The last time we asked him for water, he sarcastically said, “You guys drink too much water.” We had only had two 500 ml bottles between the two of us. Is that really too much for two people?

He was also quite sarcastic with us in other situations, which made the interactions with him uncomfortable. Everyone else was friendly and helpful, so unfortunately, his attitude really stood out.
