Hotel sencillo, con baño reformado y habitación muy amplia con cama cómoda. Desayuno incluido bastante bueno. El personal muy amable que se esmera en ayudarte.

Cons:

Intentar no coger habitación que de a la calle, por el ruido. No tiene cortinas opacas que mantengan la habitación a oscuras.

Un séjour très agréable au cœur de Florence !

Les points forts :

Emplacement idéal : L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du quartier du Duomo. Il est également très proche de toutes les commodités, des transports et de superbes restaurants.

Charme & Ambiance : C'est un établissement calme avec un style rustique authentique. Il a énormément de caractère et ce petit charme florentin très appréciable.

Propreté & Confort : La chambre était impeccable, propre et sentait très bon. Elle est équipée de toutes les nécessités classiques que l'on attend d'un hôtel.

Accueil : Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, chaleureux et sympathique !

Cons:

Le petit point à améliorer :

La douche est un peu exigüe et étroite.

Loistava sijainti, oikein tyylikäs ja kiva huone.

Cons:

Hotellissa ei ole hissiä kadulta vastaanottoon, ja portaat ovat jyrkät. Hyvin pienellä ja hitaalla hissillä pääsee vasta vastaanotosta huoneisiin.
Yritin tarkastaa hissiasiaa Bookingin sivuilta etukäteen, mutta hotelli kuvailee asian niin, että asian voi ymmärtää väärin.
