Pros:

Muy buena la ubicación, excelente atención, recepción 24 hs y muy rico el desayuno. La verdad que todo super.

Cons:

La habitación económica tenía la ducha muy chica, pero es por decir algo que "no me gustó", pero volvería a ir igualmente.

Pokój praktycznie bez okna. Jedno które wychodziło na dziedziniec przez co całkowicie zasłonięte okiennicą . Pokój umiejscowiony pod schodami - można słyszeć każdy ruch , przejście. Za tą cenę oczekiwałam lepszego komfortu. Myślę że spanie w hostelu miałoby większą wartość

O Hotel Nuova Itália tem uma localização ótima em Florença e instalações com um visual clean, super limpas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é simples, mas bastante saboroso, sempre acompanhado de um serviço excelente. O grande destaque vai para o atendimento acolhedor de toda a equipe, em especial do Sr. Tony, que esbanjou simpatia e fez questão de conversar em português com a gente durante a estadia.

Cons:

O que deixou a desejar foi a falta de elevador e a grande quantidade de escadas para chegar aos andares mais altos, como o terceiro e o quarto piso. Fica o alerta para futuros hóspedes: quem viaja com idosos ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida precisa obrigatoriamente avisar o hotel com antecedência para reservar um quarto no térreo. Além disso, tivemos alguns incômodos no banheiro, já que a pia entupia com muita facilidade e havia poucos ganchos disponíveis para pendurar as toalhas.
