Molto piu di un due stelle
Pros:

Posizione centrale e vicina ai punti di maggiore interesse della città. Lo staff gentilissimo e accogliente, al check in spiegano mappa alla mano come raggiungere le varie attività da svolgere a Firenze. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una delle dependance, e la camera era perfetta, ampia e pulita, con tre letti piuttosto comodi e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per due persone ed una neonata. Da apprezzare la presenza dell'acqua nel frigo bar al nostro arrivo. La culla messa a disposizione per la nostra piccola era piu che soddisfacente.

Cons:

Reception e spazi comuni un po stretti, cosi come l'ascensore della dependance (per fare entrare il nostro passeggino bisognava sollevarlo un po per permettere di fare entrare il relativo accompagnatore). Ci permettiamo di suggerire di implementare un cestino dei rifiuti un po' piú grande e di aggiungere qualche mensola nel bagno.

Sta Croze, a un paso del centro de Firenze
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, muy céntrico. Está todo a un paso a pie.
Los propietarios, los hermanos G y M son muy amables y serviciales, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Cualquier duda puedes consultársela.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que es una antigua torre medieval, no hay ascensor, si tienes problemas de accesibilidad es complicado ya que hay que subir andando el equipaje.
Desayuno sencillo y poco variado. Procesado.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im historischen Florenz, idealer Ausgangspunkt um alles zu Fuss erreichen zu können. Das Personal, die Hotelbesitzer sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab auch eine kleine Einweisung auf dem Stadtplan was, wo und wie zu erreichen ist. Der Parkplatzservice war super und optimal gelöst.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. They helped us find our way to the hotel in the city center and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. Their support and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was good overall, but we missed having some fresh vegetables available.
