Good restaurants at your doorstep, was a great stop for an overnighter.
Pros:

Good location but still very quiet. Helpful & friendly staff.

Perfect Location & Spacious Room in the Heart of Florence
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Accademia. The location was perfect—I loved how close I was to everything, which made exploring Florence so easy and convenient. I was also very happy with the size of my room; it was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was a great size as well. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a comfortable room where I could relax. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Accademia for its excellent location, comfort, and convenience.

Cons:

The only negative for me was the mattress. Although the bed was a good size, I personally did not find the mattress very comfortable and it was not to my liking.

Pros:

Nice room and good breakfast! We would recommend and would stay here again. It was a perfect location for what we wanted to do and the staff was more than kind whenever we spoke with them!

Nice hotel, clean and charming, great location.
Pros:

The proximity to every thing in Florence.

Cons:

The clerk when we arrived seemed annoyed when we asked for help with our luggage. However he did help us and gave us a first floor room so we didn’t have to bring our luggage up any more stairs.

Excelente hotel para visitar Florencia, en pleno centro. Muy acogedor y la habitación para los 4 de la familia amplia y cómoda. A destacar el excelente trato del personal, amable y encantador. Sin duda si vuelvo a Florencia me hospedare aquí otra vez. Para los que viajen en coche recomiendo el parking Interparking Garage Europa Firenze tiene precio por día y esta cerca del hotel.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, entre la gare et le duomo, pas loin du tout du marché et de la galerie de l'académie.
Chouette chambre, confortable, peu bruyante.
Personnel très gentil.
Petit déjeuner diversifié

Cons:

La pièce pour le petit déjeuner est extrêmement petite, et ne permet au nombre déjà réduit de personnes logeant là, de manger confortablement.
Long escalier d'entrée, peu accessible pour personne à mobilité réduite ou blessée

Pros:

Perfect location, you are at the middle of the night life. Also the hotel stuff was nice and very friendly. The breakfast is correct.

Cons:

The room is nice for the short stay. We had not so many windows, but as we did not plan to stay there during the day it was perfect.

Ευχάριστη διαμονή σε ένα άνετο δωμάτιο που έβλεπε σε μια μικρή εσωτερική αυλή.
Pros:

Κεντρική τοποθεσία, σε παλιό διατηρητέο κτήριο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Ποιοτικό πρωινό για να ξεκινήσει κανείς την ημέρα του.

Cons:

Καλό είναι να έχει κανείς υπόψη του ότι υπάρχουν αρκετές σκάλες (ένας ψηλός όροφος μέχρι την υποδοχή) κι ανάμεσα στα διάφορα επίπεδα του ορόφου ή προς άλλους ορόφους.

Posizione centrale e personale gentilissimo
Pros:

Posizione centralissima e strategica, vicina ai punti di interesse più importanti (Galleria dell’Accademia e Duomo a due passi e in soli 10 min sei agli Uffizi). Personale gentilissimo (il Sig Alessandro persona squisita che ci ha dato tante informazioni, anche sui locali per un drink dopo cena!!!).

Bom hotel muito bem localizado.
Pros:

A localização é ótima a poucos minutos a pé da estação central de comboios, além de estar numa rua repleta de restaurantes. Consegue-se ir a pé a vários pontos turísticos. A equipa é muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Apesar de ser sabido desde o início , o hotel não possui elevador e não é muito adaptado para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O pequeno-almoço é muito básico, não espere experimentar pequenas coisas locais como pães típicos ou frutas locais, por exemplo.
