Pros:

It is a fantastic hotel that I recommend if you want to come to Firenze. Located centrally, in a walking distance from the main attractions, still quiet and feeling very safe. Many restaurants on the same street, pedestrians zone. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very good breakfast. If coming back to Firenze, it will be my place to book.

Only consider this hotel if location is the only consideration
Pros:

The air conditioning worked well. The location was very good.

Cons:

There are 30 steps to get to the check in desk with no elevator or staff assistance. The WiFi does not work unless you are next to the router. The room was decorated in what could be called the Ikea Dormatory Collection. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Breakfast was included, but was an odd collection of foods. Old fashioned keys for door and safe. Bathroom was only adequate. Staff was mostly indifferent.

Leuk hotel met prachtige ligging
Pros:

De ligging is echt perfect, dichtbij de Dom en bij het station richting het vliegveld. Het straatje zit vol leuke cafés en restaurantjes.

Konum ve çalışanlar çok iyi.
Pros:

1 gece otelde kaldık ayrıldıktan sonra 2 gün valizlerimiz ordaydı. Hatta uğrayıp geri ayrıldık bazen. Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgiliydi. Hiç sorun çıkarmadılar. Konum zaten muhteşem.
