Konum ve çalışanlar çok iyi.
Pros:

1 gece otelde kaldık ayrıldıktan sonra 2 gün valizlerimiz ordaydı. Hatta uğrayıp geri ayrıldık bazen. Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgiliydi. Hiç sorun çıkarmadılar. Konum zaten muhteşem.

Pros:

The location was right in the center of the city. Everything I wanted to do was within a 10 minute walk. The staff was able to give me great recommendations on places to get dinner/drinks. The building is a fun piece of history.

Descanso e repouso perfeito para conhecer Florença.

Pros:

Top location! A couple of steps from all points of interest and near by town garage. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tidy. Also quiet despite hotels location. The specific room had no view at all however that would not be a problem for 2-3 days of stay. Beds were amazing. Bathroom also spacious and clean. Breakfast was above average. Personnel at reception and in breakfast room is exceptional! Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Slightly overpriced. There is a significantly big staircase from the entrance to the reception. We had no issues but is not suitable for people with kinetic problems. Everything is narrow posing significant risks of entrapment in case of emergency. There are no safety exits.
But this is Florence. Almost everything is like this.
