Ducha incómoda

La ubicación y la atención de la recepción.

El lavabo no era muy cómodo porque no había apenas perchas para las toallas y la cortina de la ducha apenas permitía moverse.. se pegaba al cuerpo y habías de tener cuidado para que no saliera agua,

Struttura assolutamente consigliata! La camera era impeccabile: pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è strategica, ideale per muoversi comodamente a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. Bonito hotel pero no nos funcionó el agua caliente ni la TV
Pros:

El chico que nos atendió a nuestra llegada fue muy atento y amable. La habitación era grande y bonita, al igual que el baño y el alojamiento en general. Nos quiso ofrecer soluciones a los problemas que fuimos encontrando pero no nos sirvieron porque tuvimos que marchar pronto del hotel.

Cons:

En nuestro caso no funcionó el agua caliente, por lo que tuvimos que ducharnos en agua fría, la televisión tampoco estaba configurada, indicaba que debían sintonizarse los canales pero cuando se intentaba hacer nos dimos cuenta que el mando a distancia tampoco funcionaba. Los problemas relacionados con la TV probablemente lleven ocurriendo desde hace tiempo.

Siendo el hotel más caro de nuestro viaje por Italia (165€/noche en Junio), nos cobraron por unos servicios básicos que habíamos contratado y que no nos proporcionaron (agua caliente y TV) y tampoco nos ofrecieron ningún reembolso en compensación.

Había un hervidor de agua y sobres de té y tazas, pero creemos que a muchos huespedes les parecería interesante que ofrecieran sobres de café soluble con leche en polvo tipo capuchino, al no contar con microondas para poder calentar leche.
Había 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado de los cuales solo estaba 1 operativo, era bastante ruidoso comparado con aparatos de otros hoteles debido que no bajaba la intensidad al alcanzar la temperatura deseada.

Creo que dejando aparte lo que nos ocurrió y si cuidan un poco las revisiones y los detalles, es un hotel cómodo que le puede resultar agradable a la mayoría de los viajeros.

It was close to everything we needed. The people were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The first morning we went out for breakfast we didn’t know how to get out of the front door! No one told us you only have to push the red button! I am claustrophobic and started to panic.
