Pros:

Muy linda la habitación, súper limpia y cómoda! Ubicación excelente, cerca de la estación de tren y de la zona céntrica.

La literie confortable. Nous avions une chambre au calme sinon la rue est bruyante. Nous avons pu disposer de la chambre plus tôt que prévu.

Sra Carolina é muito gentil. Ganhei chinelos brancos.

Elevador do prédio é bem pequeno e demorado.
Podia ter mais suportes para toalhas no banheiro, aqueles ganchinhos de metal.

Great central location with attentive service; despite a bad first room, the staff resolved it quickly for a good stay.

Excellent location—literally within walking distance to all the main tourist sites in Florence. The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help resolve any issues

Cons:

On the first night, we were assigned a room with a terrible odor, which made for a uncomfortable night. It’s an old building without an elevator, which is typical for Florence. However, the staff moved us to another room the following day, and the rest of our stay was great.

I had such a lovely stay at Hotel Nazionale and would happily recommend it!

The location is very convenient — around an 8-minute walk from the tram station and about 15 minutes on foot from Florence’s main attractions, so it was easy to explore the city without needing any public transport.

I booked a single room and was very pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The room was incredibly cozy and charming, and honestly felt big enough to comfortably accommodate three people. Everything was very clean, peaceful and quiet, which made it such a nice place to come back to after a full day of walking around Florence.

The host was genuinely kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Even before I arrived, we exchanged many messages and he patiently answered all of my questions, gave me excellent recommendations for Florence, and was always available.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, cercanía con estación de tren y los puntos de interes.
Es en un 2do piso pero hay ascensor.

Cons:

De noche no recomiendan las zonas cercanas a lanestación. Pero hay bares y ristorantes abiertos en la misma via. No me pareció un problema.

O Hotel esta a 8min a pé da Stazione Ferroviaria Firenze Santa Maria Novella. É uma região muito movimentada por estar proxima a estacao de trem, mas segura. Existem ótimos restaurantes em baixo do predio, supermercados e fonte d agua próximo ap hotel onde abastecia minha garrafinha d agua todos os dia. O elevador é bem pequeno e se movimenta bem devagar causa um certo desconforto para quem tem claustrofobia ou ansiedade. Fui super bem atendida antes da chegada, durante a estadia, até minha saída do hotel. O quarto é espaço, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, tem local para pendurar roupas, geladeira pequena, garrafa térmica, mesinha e cadeira para quem precisa trabalhar. O banheiro tem toalhas, secador de cabelo, shampoo e sabonete liquido. As fotos mostram exatamente o local. É um quarto e banheiro com decoração antiga, mas muito confortável.
O hotel enviou mensagem antes de minha chegada com a localização, os códigos para entrar no predio e na área onde estão os quartos. Importante mencionar que é um predio onde ha outros hotéis.

Cons:

A única coisa que incomodou um pouco foi a iluminacao do banheiro que é bem fraquinha. Não foi um problema, mas valeria a pena mudar o tipo de lâmpada para clarear o ambiente.

Très bel accueil. Le personnel nous a partagé son amour de Florence. L'hôtel est tres bien situé dans le centre-ville historique, literie confortable et chambre tres propre. Hébergement à recommander.
