Fabulous to stay and will book again when I return to Venice.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and a perfect location. The room was bear and the shuttered view out of our room window was beautiful, looking over the city roofs. The room was perfect.

Pros:

Läget nära kommunikationer. Trädgård och terrass på taket. Frukost i trädgården med utsikt över Canal Grande. Personalen var mycket trevlig och serviceminded.

Nos Siero la habitación ion M de la 3 planta. El cuarto de baño es para ponerles una denuncia i. Dentro de un sarcófago se está más cómodo que en esa bañera. El techo del baño es abuhardillado y tan bajo que para poderte poner de pie y ducharte has de hacerlo en el centro del baño, fuera de la bañera y, entre el lavabo y el wc. Impresentable. Al segundo día les dijimos que si no nos cambiaban de habitación nos diera la cuenta. Nos cambiaron y todo fue mejor.

We arrived in Venice along with some warm temperatures so it was appreciated that the hotel had a really strong AC system. There was a nice roof deck we could access which had lovely views over the Grand Canal.

Great Location, but Disappointing Room Size and Service
Pros:

The location is hard to beat. It is a very short, easy walk from the Santa Lucia train station, tucked away in a quiet, charming courtyard just off the Grand Canal. It’s perfect if you want to avoid dragging luggage across too many bridges (still requires crossing one large and one smaller bridge via stairs). Renovated rooms.

Cons:

The Room: Be aware that the “King” is NOT a King to American standards. The bed was much smaller—closer to a US "Full" or "Small Double." The room itself was very cramped. Additionally, the AC didn't allow us lower the temperature; we had to call the front desk where they informed us it required them to manually do so from their computer system.

The Service: While professional, the staff lacked warmth. On one occasion, the woman at the front desk stayed on a phone call for 10 minutes while we stood waiting, without even a nod or "one moment" to acknowledge us. There was a very noticeable difference in how guests at the sister property, Ca’ Nigra Lagoon, were treated compared to those staying at Ai Due Fanali.

Adoramos!
Pros:

Acomodação moderna, limpeza e funcionários muito atenciosos. A localização tranquila e próxima à estação Santa Lucia foi perfeita.

Cons:

Apesar de o quarto ser bem pequeno, a limpeza o conforto superaram.
