Super location, close to the station/bus terminus and Grand Canal.
The room and some of the public spaces had clearly been very recently refurbished. Although the room was small it was comfortable, had everything we needed, including excellent air conditioning and an even a view of the canal!

The best base for exploring. This place was perfect for our vacation. The hotel allowed us to check in early, and being a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station allowed us to maximize our sightseeing time. 10/10 experience!

Hotel is near to station and beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Reception is nice and cool after the heat of day. Garden of main hotel is beautiful with view on grand canal. Ai Due Fanali had rooftop with nice area to watxh the view over venice.
The rooms were smaller than expected and we had trouble to figure out the aircon, but it worked welll! We had a topfloor room which was almost like an attic. We were fine, but taller persons would feel cramped. The other room had normal ceiling.
Beautiful gardens and roof terrace. We were only there for a night but the experience was amazing. Staff were great, very helpful and the breakfast by the canal was a beautiful start to the day. Would highly recommended.
The property was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location in the city. There was a rooftop and extra amenities like the garden and bar at their location across the street (where you check in). The staff was helpful and it was a wonderful stay especially considering how reasonably priced it was. When we come back to Venice, we will stay here again. 10/10!
