Looked very “Venice” and had good vibes.

Cons:

Rude staff as we were welcomed. Nobody wanted to help us. Only got one pillow each and the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast had limited options and it felt like you were watched like hawks.

Muy decepcionante. Reservé una habitación en el Hotel Belle Arti a través de Booking, pero al llegar, a las 2 de la madrugada por un retraso en el vuelo, nos alojaron en otro edificio, entiendo que de la misma empresa, de categoría claramente INFERIOR. Nadie nos informó de este cambio.

La habitación y el baño no tenían nada que ver con las fotos de Booking: todo muy antiguo, desgastado y con un baño minúsculo. Me sentí completamente engañada. Cuando veía los detalles de mi habitación en la reserva era completamente otra.

El desayuno también fue muy pobre. Considero que esta práctica es engañosa y presentaré una reclamación solicitando parte de reembolso. No lo recomendaría.

Magnífica situación en el sestiere de Dorsoduro, muy bien conectado con Piazza San Marcos tanto a pie como en vaporetto, tiene dos paradas de vaporetto a poco más de 100 m. El jardín una maravilla

Good quality-price.

Cons:

There’s no body lotion, sleepers or conditioner. The shampoo was the same for hair and body. There was a dripping faucet that soaked the whole floor while we were showering, my boyfriend had to tighten it. The staff wasn’t nice or kind, not even polite. The city tax had to be paid in cash, not card, it was a “rule” with no recipe. The double bed was two single mattresses together and not very comfortable. The breakfast has only a few things and the eggs were terrible.

Hotel y Habitación antiguos , falta de mantenimiento, sin nevera y toallero apagado ,personal con pocas ganas de trabajar , restaurante muy pequeño , en el desayuno había que hacer fila para llegar a pedir el café porque no lo podías preparar tú y muy escaso ,la entrada es lo único bonito que tiene .Le sobra una estrella . Solo vale Para dormir y ducharte que es lo que hicimos para disfrutar de la ciudad , que ésta si es espectacular!!

Super Hotel! 20 min zu Fuß von der Garage oder Busdrop-off und 15 min. bis zum Markusplatz. Perfekt! Zimmer ist klein aber sauber und ruhig!
Schöner Hof zum Verweilen. Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Gibt's nichts zum meckern.
