Pros:

Staff is extremely professional and customer oriented.
Hotel location is perfect, very close to Saint Marc and boat stop. Easy to find and reach.
The room is decorated with a venitian style which gives an authentic atmosphere.
Room was clean and very calm despite the narrow street.
Correct breakfast, simple but efficient.

Cons:

The room was a bit small to me. Perfect to just sleep, not really to chill (for this you can always a drink in a nearby caffee).
I was on the second floor, but as the hotel is in a narrow street, there was not much natural light.

Great hotel in the heart if Venice
Pros:

The hotel is very centric, at walking distance from many attractions and in a nice neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was simple but clean and had everything you need for a few days in Venice.

We appreciated the option to have breakfast at the hotel, as it saved time in the morning. Quality was okay, but the buffet options weren't very varied.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom (especially the shower cabin) were very small, so it was a bit uncomfortable to move around.

Personnel très agréable, bien placé mais salle de bain trop petite
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, sympathique et à l'écoute.
L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Venise.
L'hôtel était calme et propre.

Cons:

La salle de bain était très petite et le bruit de la VMC vraiment insupportable.

Centre ville Proximité de St Marc et des transports fluviales et quartier agréable près des restaurants
Hotel calme

Cons:

Chambre très petite salle de bain Pas confortable du tout
Soyez très prudents en ville dans une bousculade on nous a volé le portefeuille avec l argent et les papiers d identité
