Pros:

In a great area, close to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

Very small. Small shower. AC didn't work well. They use mini splits. We were very hot.

Pros:

Розташуйте, поруч крамничка де можна купити воду та колу ціна за 2 літрову пляшку води 2,5 євро. Смачний сніданок. Дуже близько до памʼяток.

Cons:

Сморід у номері, непрацюючі кондиціонери покриті пліснявою, духота. В кімнаті протікав бачок, вода весь час текла.

שהייה ההיתה מהנה.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר יפה מאוד. יש מבחר רב. צוות חדר אוכל היה מאוד נעים. מיעקום של מלון מעולה. כמה דקות לגשר ריאלטו ועוד כמה דקות לכיכר סן מרקו.

Cons:

לא יודעת האם זה ניתן לשינוי. במלון אין מעלית. וזה חיסרון יחיד בעיניי.

Complete Nightmare: Severe Safety Hazards, Bodily Fluids on Bed, No AC, and Zero Management
Pros:

The location was perfect. All the major attractions are near the hotel. That was the main reason to book this hotel.

Cons:

I booked a 2-night stay for my anniversary over a month in advance, but it was an absolute disaster filled with health and safety violations.

1. Severe Hygiene Issues: The bed blanket was completely filthy and stained with large patches of what looked like bodily fluids. The bathroom sink was completely clogged from the moment we arrived, and the toilet flush continuously leaked before breaking entirely on our last night. We couldn't even flush it. 2. Safety Hazard: The bathroom door handle was broken and completely detached. My wife literally got trapped inside the bathroom. For the rest of the trip, we had to leave the bathroom door wide open (even with the unflushed toilet) because we were terrified of getting stuck again. 3. Unlivable Conditions: Just 5 minutes before our arrival, the hotel emailed to say the AC was broken. They provided one single fan for a sweltering room. Because we had to open the window, the room filled with the smell of sewage from the canal, and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes all night. 4. Zero Service or Accountability: There is no daily housekeeping, the breakfast was entirely cold and pre-packaged, and most shockingly, there is absolutely NO staff or night auditor after 5:00 PM. When emergencies happen—like being trapped in a bathroom—you are completely on your own.

The hotel only offering a "free upgrade" to compensate for the AC, which is a joke considering the unsanitary and dangerous state of the room. I have submitted all photographic evidence to Booking.com.

Cet hotel est peu pratique pas d ascenseur chambre au 2 etage très vieille tapisserie sale le menage n est pas fait comme il devrait vraiment je le déconseille il a gâché un peu mon séjour ds cette magnique ville certaine chambre font moins de 10 m2 impossible d ouvrir les valises sauf sur le lit un cauchemar seul l emplacement ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel sont positifs passez votre chemin

Les pièces minuscules pas d ascenseur les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyés ce n est vraiment pas agréable sale et très vieux si vous ne voulez pas regretter votre voyage passez votre chemin

Great location,very clean,super nice service,good breakfast. Got the room earlier than the check-in time.

The air conditioning is super loud and it smells in the room. The water was dripping all the time. There was mold in the shower.

Cons:

Las instalaciones deficientes: aire acondicionado estropeado, la maneta de la puerta rota, la cisterna tardaba unos 20 o 30 minutos en llenarse, al armario le faltaban puertas, etc. Pero solicitamos cambio de habitación y el personal amablemente nos cambió de habitación, aunque era de categoría inferior, pero las instalaciones estaban bien.
