Soggiorno ok ma con qualche problema
Pros:

Struttura molto carina, buona la colazione con possibilità di farla anche in giardino. Comodo servizio di noleggio biciclette.

Cons:

Nella camera a piano terra si sentono molto forti i rumori e i passi provenienti dal piano superiore, di notte è stato un grosso problema. Peccato non avere le zanzariere, in un posto di mare con anche il giardino sarebbe bello poter aprire un po' le finestre l'estate.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, das sich sichtbar Mühe gegeben hat, auf unsere Beschwerden einzugehen. Die Lage auf dem Lido ist angenehm und das Bett war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das uns zugewiesene Zimmer nicht unseren Erwartungen. Aus der Beschreibung war nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Kellerzimmer handelt. Die Ausstattung wirkte teilweise provisorisch (z. B. ein mit Kabelbindern befestigter Monitor), es gab lediglich einfache Drahtbügel wie in einer Jugendherberge und viele Mücken im Zimmer. Insgesamt stand die Einrichtung nicht im Verhältnis zum Preis. Es mag sein, dass andere Zimmer deutlich besser sind, mit unserem Zimmer waren wir jedoch unzufrieden.

Un soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Struttura curata e in posizione comoda. Parcheggio privato. Ottimo il servizio (familiare e discreto) buona la prima colazione (dolce e salata), usufruibile a piacere anche nel piccolo giardino.

Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön. Die Villa ist etwas rustikal, aber wirklich stilvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Betten sind entsprechend alt und hart. Aber beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Heel fijne, gezellige accommodatie voor een bezoek aan Venetië en de Biënnale!
Pros:

Kleinschalig hotel op een top locatie (Lido) met heel vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijke persoonlijke sfeer. Echt Italiaans. Ietwat gedateerd maar dat heeft ook wel wat. Parkeren bij de accommodatie.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Toller Lage, aber extrem hellhörig in den Räumen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft sieht von außen traumhaft aus und ist von innen auch wunderschön eingerichtet.

Die Lage mit Bus nach Venedig ist perfekt und die gesamte Region dort wunderschön. Perfekt zum Spazieren

Frühstück war für Italien super und sehr unkompliziert!

Cons:

Es war sehr sehr hellhörig in unserem 2Bett-Zimmer Raum, wir konnten im Zimmer jederzeit die Rezeption hören, sowie im Gäste die das Haus betreten.
Einmal sind wir Nachts sogar wach geworden durch etwas laute Gäste die am Zimmer vorbei liefen, umgedreht hörte man uns aber auch prima…

Das haben wir als wirklich unangenehm wahrgenommen und enttäuschend für ein 500 Euro teuren Aufenthalt.

Für den Preis sind wir auf jeden Fall etwas enttäuscht gewesen, aufgrund der fehlenden Privatsphäre.

wir waren heuer das 2te mal dort und würden auch ein 3tes mal dort übernachten.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, mit einem gemütlichem Garten. 100 Meter von einer Bußhaltestelle und 30 Meter von einem kleinem Lebensmittelladen entfernt.

Cons:

Der Chef des Hauses und zum Teil auch das restliche Personal waren sehr reserviert. Beim betreten des Frühstückraumes kein buongiorno kein pip kein pap. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.

Disappointing, but salvageable.
Pros:

The staff and the quiet location, the balcony and decent beds in our second room.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities were mediocre at best, old, in need of renovation. First room was almost unusable, very high humidity and water infiltration from outside. And a bad smell as well, of old furniture and possibly mold. The second room we exchanged was better, but still uncomfortable to use the shower.

Персонал привітний.
