J'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la décoration de l'hôtel. Le personnel tres agréable.
La salle petit déjeuner trop petite, nous étions à l'étroit, bruyante. Petit déjeuner tres minimaliste, jus fruit de tres mauvaise qualité quand au reste y a pas pléthore et pas tres bon. Tres déçue 😞
Dans la chambre minimaliste également.

Posizione stupenda, a due passi dal Duomo. Palazzo storico con camera bellissima e pulita. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!
The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect for accessing the many places of interest.

This hotel was the perfect base for our 4 night stay in Florence with its great location and friendly staff
Hôtel was in the perfect location, 100m if that to the cathedral, so close to absolutely everything only a 6min walk or so to the river. Room was a decent size as well as the bed. Breakfast in the morning was als a good way to start the day.
It is only a 8 or so minute walk from the train station
I would stay here again if in Florence great value for money.
The shower is small for the size room but that is not a big deal. Water pressure was great.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours cough / talk etc. however you can’t hear anything of the noise from outside which is brilliant.
Se nota que el edificio es antiguo pero en su interior lo mantienen impecable. Decoración perfecta y detalles de arte en cada pared o sector. Nos sentimos muy a gusto
Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, aber sehr laut.
Das Zimmer war deutlich Renovierungsbedürftig (Defekte Dusche, Regal im Bad konnte man nicht nutzen, war kurz davor abzufallen, WC -Deckel defekt) Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, ohne Abwechslung und einfach. Zum Teil standen verschmutzte Tassen zwischen sauberen.

Pouco pequeno, não tem elevador para os andares superiores. A estrutura do quarto/hotel é muito antiga. Não tinha controle do ar condicionado. Café da manhã ruim, com

Locatia. Este foarte central situat.
Zgomot, la orice ora. Noaptea se aude tot, e greu sa adormi. Curațenia din camera, lasa de dorit, in baie era par peste tot din momentul in care am ajuns si mult praf in camera.Micul dejun slab si "murdar".
