A very limiting evening meal arrangement. No flexibility- a €50 4 course meal was offered every evening but nothing els

The appearance was very attractive and much care was taken to keep the surrounding area looking very beautiful . The view was excellent . A very comfortable outside seating area to enjoy the view . Very clean.

Cons:

It was situated on a steep hill with a long very steep drive up to the hotel. This was not made at all clear on the website. Long walk to the nearest restaurant. You need a car. Bikes are offered but must be returned by 8 pm

Pros:

Angefangen von der Lage, über das extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hin zu den vielen kleinen Details die dieses wunderbare hotel so einzigartig machen.
Zum Geburtstag meiner Freundin wurde ein unfassbar schöner Lilienstrauss besorgt - Mille Grazie dafür nochmal!
Und liebe Grüße an den Barkeeper Antonio - selten eine so herzlichen vor Lebensfreude strotzenden Menschen kennen gelernt!
Wir kommen wieder!

Es waren rundum Verwöhntage. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig! Der Garten sehr gut gepflegt und tolle Aussicht auf den Gardasee.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas dunkel. Die Aussicht dafür hervorragend!

Schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee.
Pros:

Hotel ist samt Personal etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ****S entspricht nicht dem aktuellen Level.

Cons:

Hotel wurde nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch geheizt bei Aussentemparaturen von 15 Grad Celsius.

Der Park ums Hotel ist traumhaft. Ein edler Touch.
Pool toll.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt steil oben … parken kann man fast nur unten.
Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, für den wirds schwer.
Personal (außer beim Frühstück) war nicht besonders freundlich. Sehr teuer.
Teppichboden im Zimmer.
Suite mit Couch und Mini Tisch - von dort kein Blick zum Fernseher.
Mini Balkon mit völlig unbequemen Stühlen.
Frühstück : jeden Tag das gleiche Essen. Nix ausgefallenes oder abwechslungsreiches… Schade.

Relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

The view from this particular room was OK but the views from other places in the property were lovely. The location is convenient to beaches on the lake. An additional convenience would be a shuttle service to and from the center of town.

Cons:

I was traveling without a car so getting from the town back to the hotel required a taxi. That's not a problem but getting a taxi was not always easy.

Omgivelserne er enestående. Og stemningen det samme.

Cons:

Der mangler i den grad en lade mulighed til elbil. Det undrer os meget, at det ikke er lavet. Vi talte med andre gæster med elbiler, og de undrede sig også. Vi håber det er etableret til næste år, hvor vi kommer igen.

Amazing view from the Lake rooms with a gorgeous pool area. The rooms are a little outdated.

The view is amazing.

Cons:

The location is good but the road to walk to town has no sidewalk so is a bit dangerous with cars wizzing past. The rooms are also outdated and not super clean. The shower is tiny and uncomfortable.

Where classic meets modern it’s not just a holiday destination it also feels a cultural experience
Pros:

Stunning location set in the most beautiful gardens. You would never tire looking at the views or strolling in the garden & the infinity pool is breathtaking. You just don’t want to leave this place. Great breakfast choices to start each day & all the waiting staff were extremely friendly & helpful.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Ray at the front desk. We had issues with our car hire & Ray went above and beyond in helping us sort it out so a big thank you to him.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The grounds to the hotel were immaculate and well kept. Due to the hotel being on a hill we had uninterrupted views over the lake from our balcony and windows. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a great selection of hot and cold food. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, always polite and helpful. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. We would be happy to return.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect was us.
