Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und unsere ganze Familie war sehr zufrieden. Man spürt, dass dieses Hotel mit viel Liebe geführt wird. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Die grüne Anlage und der Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Die Aussicht auf die Alpen war einfach traumhaft und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great hotel, wonderful location, beautiful grounds.
Pros:

The breakfast was outstanding! delicious and many healthy options.
The rooms are not actually as advertised, much smaller and much more basic than the photos represented.
The staff was very helpful and very willing to help us find dinner recommendations and facilitated a great parking spot for us as we had heavy luggage. The location was excellent and the grounds are beautiful.

Very disappointed with our stay.

The biggest issue was the parking situation. Even if you reserve and pay for a parking space, there is no guarantee your spot will actually be free when you return — even if you leave for only 20 minutes. The parking area was extremely crowded and the spaces were far too small. If one person parked slightly wrong, 2–3 spots became unusable and other guests were left without parking. Many times we had to park elsewhere because there simply were not enough spaces for all hotel guests. People parked wherever and however they wanted, without any control from the hotel.

Another disappointment was the indoor pool. It was only freely available from 7–11 AM, otherwise reservations were required because of private events or other activities. The water was also quite cold, so our children could barely enjoy it and we ended up going swimming in the sea instead.

The pool bar was also very poor. There was almost nothing to eat, only basic canned drinks, and some cans were dirty on top so we had to wash them before drinking. During our stay, even simple snacks like chips were apparently only available if you ordered alcoholic drinks.

There were also two large swinging beds near the pool area. We were told they were free to use, yet multiple times people came and asked us to leave because they claimed they had reserved them privately. This created unnecessary confusion and discomfort.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but the organization, parking management, and family-friendly facilities were far below expectations.

Pros:

Comfortable rooms and bed. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Internet/WIFI was painful to use - very unreliable WIFI on the terrace and bar/dining area. Required multiple attempts to register and connect. However, in the reception area it worked without issues.

Waren schon öfter in der Unterkunft, Frühstück, Lage und der dazugehörige Park sind absolut top. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Zustand des Zimmers. Türklinke locker, und Tür verzogen. Konnte nur mit Gewalt geschlossen werden. Dusche undicht, Wasser Spritz seitlich aus der Befestigung. Im Zimmer wurden An den Wänden mit falschem Farbton Flecken ausgebessert. Wirkte leider eher nach billig Zimmer als nach teurer Suite.

Pros:

車ではなかったのでこのバスターミナルがすぐ近くというロケーションは最高。
朝食のコーヒーはその場で提供してくれるのでとても良かった。

Cons:

全体に良かったと思いますが価格に対してのサービスがつり合っていない。
4泊しましたが朝食のメニューがずっと同じなのはひどいです。

Great stay
Pros:

A very beautiful and exceptionally clean hotel. The room had everything you could possibly need, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. The whole property is nicely designed and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere.

It’s in a great location, just a short walking distance from the lake, which made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection.

Overall, there is absolutely nothing to complain about — everything was perfect.

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish, so I wouldn’t be able to leave any negative feedback. I truly have nothing to fault.

Pros:

Frühstück exzellent. Man kann sich selbst aus Rohkost incl. Ingwer einen Saft zubereiten. Prossecco, frisch zubereitete Omletts, toller Kuchen - da findet jeder etwas.
