We had a wonderful experience at Positano! The staff are truly amazing very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is great, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The excellent service and cleanliness made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

Good location in Positano
Pros:

A nice, quaint hotel close to restaurants and the port. We had a small room with a large balcony (almost the same size as the room), which we had drinks in the afternoon and coffee in the morning on. It was very relaxing after climbing the hills of Positano.

Great location in positano
Pros:

Each member of the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We had some arrangements for a special occasion (birthday)during our stay. They have solved every issue related to our plans. Walking distance to the shore and the port.

Cons:

The room was small. We didn’t have a sea view but it was ok.

The staff was very welcoming and it just felt like we were with family
Pros:

It was located at the top of the city for great views, it was close to the bus for transit to other towns so we could do the path of the Gods, it was near extremely great restaurants

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I would definitely get the porter service to get your bags from the ferry up the steep hills

Great hotel. Will be back!
Pros:

Great location! There is a parking across from the hotel and also scooter rental. A few steps up the road and there are plenty of picturesque sceneries of Positano. Beach is 7 min walk downhill with a few stairs. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Wall is thin so you can hear people walking and talking in the hallway or next door

I loved the location and the staff. They always greeted you with a smile, very helpful, and genuine. Location was central to all the best restaurants, shopping, and beach with minimal walking. The property and room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was plentiful including all fresh options of fruit, pastries, along with bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Expect a small room with 2 single beds pushed together if needing two beds. The room had a beautiful view of the iconic Positano cliffside. The bathroom was clean and shower had great water pressure. I would stay there again. Locations, location, location!

Be mindful of the category, as it can be either a hit or miss in this location.

Good location and view.
Supportive and helpful staff.

Cons:

The hotel has different types of room levels, which are very contrary. Either large bright rooms with windows overlooking the scenic Positano or windows facing the mountain with mini windows and smelly rooms - very dark. We booked (by mistake) the smaller 12m2 room and were horrified by the smallness, darkness and category in general.
However we told the staff and they fixed it for the next day - they switched us to a different category and we have been in luck. The other room was very good.

The property was well located and beautifully kept. But more importantly the staff were exceptional. Salvatore and Imme were gracious, most accommodating and helpful with all of our needs. We were very well taken care of and will remember them both fondly.
