Hotel guests enjoy a complimentary 2-hours SPA experience. A reservation is required.

Quiet and relaxing
Pros:

Unusually quiet place in the midst of tourist season, peaceful and relaxing, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, mountain of fruit, lovely views from the terrace, great SPA free for two hours each day of your stay and not crowded outdoor pool.

Cons:

Uphill from shops and restaurants, seems especially far in summer heat.

Un soggiorno piacevole, con qualche margine di miglioramento

Hotel immerso nel verde, con spa e piscina, camera grande e ben organizzata.
L’hotel prevede anche il servizio ristorazione e bar.
Un posto in generale molto tranquillo dove si stacca la spina.

Cons:

I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono nel complesso buoni, ma credo ci sia un aspetto da migliorare: la gestione degli imprevisti.

Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina alle 2 di notte e abbiamo contattato l’hotel per capire se fosse possibile trovare un taxi per rientrare. Capisco perfettamente che possa essere complicato trovare un taxi nel pieno della notte, soprattutto durante la Festa di Francavilla. Tuttavia, pensavo che l’hotel potesse avere una sorta di via preferenziale o comunque una maggiore possibilità di reperire un taxi, oppure che potesse supportarci un po’ di più nella ricerca di una soluzione.

In quel momento ci siamo sentiti un po’ abbandonati, soprattutto considerando il livello della struttura e il costo del soggiorno. Non mi aspettavo necessariamente che l’hotel risolvesse il problema, ma avrei apprezzato un supporto maggiore nella gestione della situazione.

Un altro suggerimento riguarda il servizio biciclette: vista la posizione della struttura, leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro città, sarebbe davvero utile mettere a disposizione degli ospiti delle biciclette, così da poter raggiungere facilmente spiagge, locali e centro senza dover necessariamente utilizzare la macchina.

Pros:

Le calme, le spa, les piscines sont vraiment les points forts de l'hôtel.
La plage baia delle sirène est calme avec un bon p'tit bar de quoi se ressourcer tant qu'à la mer qu'au bord de la piscine de l'hôtel. Le p'tit dej continental et le sourire du personnel sont également les points forts.

Cons:

Le restaurant n'offre pas beaucoup de choix et les prix sont parfois exagérés.

Nel complesso ben organizzata,piscine raggiungibili facilmente,e immerse nel parco che circonda la struttura, microclima sia interno che esterno, piacevole, parcheggio comodo, camere ampie. Spa ben organizzata , ampia e ben tenuta.personale reception professionale; personale ristorazione veramente gentile e attento e disponibile alle tue richieste.

Posto fantastico! Un gioiello incastonato nel verde.

Posizione, piscina, parco verde, ristorante, spazi enormi interni ed esterni, colazione

Cons:

Orario apertura piscina: troppo tardi, alle 10. Difficoltà nel regolare in modo preciso il condizionatore in camera. Mancanza docce calde bordo piscina. Mancanza di un comodo spogliatoio per la piscina.

La grande attenzione al cliente da parte di tutto il personale, in particolare degli addetti al ristorante/bar.

La stanza "family" era molto spaziosa e confortevole (una sorta di mini-appartamento).

Cons:

Nella descrizione dei servizi inclusi su Booking la dicitura "colazione disponibile" non è chiara. Andrebbe trovata un'altra formulazione per far capire che è a pagamento.

Suggerimenti: i) il menù del ristorante alla carte per la cena potrebbe includere anche delle opzioni più "basic" (simili a quelle disponibili a pranzo); ii) nel periodo estivo, potrebbe essere prevista una opzione con servizio incluso di lettini e ombrellone in spiaggia.
