Important information:

Hotel guests enjoy a complimentary 2-hours SPA experience. A reservation is required.

In the case of early departures, the hotel will charge you for 1 night as a penalty.

Children of age 4 to 12 can access Spa upon reservation Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 11:00.

When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of 15€ per dog, per night applies. Please note that the property can only allow dogs with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. Other pets are not admitted.

Please note that the external swimming pools are open from 1st of June until 15th of September.

Park Pools: Blue Pool (ideal for adults) and Riviera Pool (ideal for children) are open seasonally from 1st June to 15th September.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Der Ausblick war schön, aber zu Fuß zum Strand nicht ratsam, auch nicht bei guter Kondition 😉
Pool sehr schön.

Villa Maria ha sempre un fascino particolare e soggiornarvi e’ sempre un piacere immenso. Il ristorante ha sempre dei piatti molto particolari e passeggiare nel giardino, tenuto in modo esemplare, e’ riposante .

Giudizio generale molto positivo; hotel molto pulito, ben arredato, con personale cordiale, gentile ed efficiente . Molto accogliente alla reception efficiente nell'attimo ristorante, dove ho mangiato molto bene. La camera pulita, anche se, semplice e meno d'effetto rispetto a tutta la struttura. A pleasant spa hotel
Pros:

This hotel is set in lovely grounds with a lovely pool and gardens. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony looking out to sea.

Restaurant was over priced and lunch very ordinary.

Für eine Nacht okay - mehr nicht.
Pros:

Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise okay, meinen kompletten Urlaub möchte ich hier keinesfalls verbringen.

Cons:

Wirkt mehr wie ein Kurhaus, statt wie ein Hotel. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ladestation für e-Auto war defekt. Die Unterkunft wird auf den Bildern deutlich besser dargestellt im Vergleich zur Realität.

A nice stay but hotel could make some improvements for ease due to the location of the hotel
Pros:

Hotel and grounds were lovely and well kept and clean.
Dinner at the restaurant was nice too but didn’t have many choices and could have had a little More choice even one simple choice like pizza especially as there hardly any places to eat around the hotel.

Cons:

Pool is closed at lunchtime this is inconvenient for guests as people like to relax whatever time of the day and given there is not much to do around the hotel.

There isn’t a shop in the hotel. The bar could sell more snacks sweets chocolates for guests.

Pros:

Accommodation was ok, but the furniture is a bit old, the bed is ok, but the mattress should be changed, it was quite well used. Did not had breakfast so I cannot give feedback about that. Other facilities were not used, so no feedback about that too. Bathroom was not to my linking, but that is the case with all Italian bathrooms, I just don't like the layout and the choice of shower cabin, so no complaints about this specific bathroom in this location (I don't like any Italian bathrooms).

Cons:

I hate all Italian bathrooms (What is the point of that sink in the shape of a toilet? Nobody uses it, ever, it's just there to take up space, nothing more.).
Please change the mattress, it's old and past it's comfort days.
