A noi è piaciuta la possibilità di avere un parcheggio/posto auto .
Sicuramente il fatto che sia in centro rende accessibile ai vari servizi.
Possibilità di fare colazione anche prima dell'orario prestabilito.

Cons:

I bagni sono datati e andrebbero ristrutturato.
Ho avuto difficoltà ad aprire il rubinetto del lavandino. Io credo che se venissero ristrutturati i bagni, li si troverebbero anche asciutti dopo la pulizia.
E molto casino alla notte da parte dei residenti li..
