Personale estremamente inaccogliente!!!!! Premetto di essere stato molto fortunato a trovare una stanza in alta stagione e in uno splendido hotel in pieno centro urbano, vicino a farmacie e negozi di alimentari, tabacchino e fermate per mezzi pubblici sotto l'ingresso praticamente!!! Il mio disappunto è nato quando alla mia richiesta di poter accompagnarmi salendo con un amica, perché avevo bisogno di un aiuto con le valige e mi avrebbe anche fatto piacere poter offrire da bere alla mia amica. QUESTO mi è stato CATEGORICAMENTE vietato, quindi ho dovuto proibire alla mia amica di aver accesso non solo alla mia stanza, addirittura anche alle scale di accesso.....l'ho trovato davvero poco cortese. Nonostante pur volendo pagare un qualsiasi supplemento mi è stato vietato ADDIRITTURA di poter salire le scale in compagnia........propongo un corso di sensibilizzazione e accoglienza!!! Perché,, forse mi sbaglio, ma il primo dovere quando si è in reception è l'accoglienza

Sicuramente la posizione è il punto forte di questa struttura, direttamente nel cuore della cittá. La colazione è anche molto completa ed il personale ci è sembrato cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

La struttura è veramente vecchia, la stanza assegnata aveva la carta da pareti scollata e in generale aveva un aspetto molto trasandato. Non rispecchia quanto mostrato nelle foto dell'hotel, credo avrebbe bisogno di una bella riaggiustata....

weekend di fine Maggio a Pescara tra alti e bassi.
Pros:

Posizione buonissima vicino al centro e la possibilità del parcheggio auto. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale.

Cons:

Camera piccola per tre persone, bagno piccolissimo e poi era vecchia la ristrutturazione, i rivestimenti in bagno ed impianto elettrico mi ricorda gli anni ‘90. La colazione appena sufficiente. Non ho mai visto negli alberghi che preparano minuscole porzioni dei dolci/crostate(dequalificante), nota molto positiva invece i vasetti degli yogurt 👍🏻
