スタッフにいくつか希望をお伝えした際、全てのスタッフにそれが共有されていたので何度も説明する手間がありませんでした。また、朝食付き2泊でしたが1泊は観光で朝早く出るため朝食を食べない旨を伝えたら、フルーツやヨーグルト、クロワッサンを持たせてくれたり、道が不安だと紙に書いて丁寧に教えてくださったり、全てのスタッフが親切で温かい対応をしてくださいました。設備は少し古めですが、それが気にならないほど快適に過ごせました。ナポリに行く時にはまたこちらを利用したいと思います。

Brilliant hotel in heart of Napoli
Pros:

Great central location, staff extremely helpful (helped with trains/taxis) and gave good recommendations for local restaurants.
Hotel is right beside the great bars (€1 spritz nearby!) and the Maradona mural yet quiet at night.
If you want the Napoli experience, do yourself a favour and stay here, highly recommended and will stay here again
