Ein schönes Hotel mit exzellentem Service und moderner Ausstattung – wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das gesamte Team überaus aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Die Zimmer sind modern, absolut sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist leider nicht ganz optimal. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber es gibt kostenlos Fahrräder zum ausleihen. Das war TOP, eine gute Lösung.

Cons:

Der größte Schwachpunkt des Hotels sind leider die Fenster. Diese scheinen nicht besonders gut isoliert zu sein, sodass der Straßenlärm und die Geräusche von draußen fast ungefiltert im Zimmer zu hören waren.

Wir hatten einen sehr sehr schönen, entspannten und erholsamen Kurzurlaub dort
Pros:

sehr nettes Personal, schöner Außenpool mit gemütlichen Liegen, gute Lage direkt am See mit eigenen kleinen Steg und auch dort Liegen zur Verfügung , Zimmer hatte alles was man brauchte, schönes Bad und bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Man kommt sehr leicht innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit einem Bus der direkt vor dem Hotel abfährt nach Malcesine.

Quite far from city center. You have to walk 3-4 km to the good restaurants in the center. But there was peace and no rush on the other hand.

abbiamo soggiornato una notte, camera molto pulita, bella e accogliente.
colazione molto ricca e personale gentile e molto disponibile; il centro molto comodo da raggiungere con una bellissima passeggiata lungolago.

Pros:

posizione fronte lago, si vedeva il lago dalle finestre, avevamo a disposizione un terrazzino con tavolo e sedie fronte lago
disponibilità e cordialità da parte della famiglio di fronte ad alcune nostre richieste, un posto che fa sentire molto accolti

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gut Deutsch. Beim Check-in wurde uns sofort die Umgebung erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Das Appartment hatte einen super Ausblick auf den Gardasee.

Cons:

Direkt an der Straße und dementsprechend auch Nachts sehr laut. Die Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad, sollte mal renoviert werden.
