Gutes Hotel mit Potenzial nach oben
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und wurden gut gereinigt. Frühstück recht vielfältig und Abendessen auch gut. Leider fehlte hier der italienische Geschmack. Die Pizza zum Mittag war super. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz im Voraus gebucht. Das war gut so. Am Hotel wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und konnten gut deutsch. Die Kellnerinnen und Kellner hatten wenig bis gar keine Deutschkenntnisse.

Cons:

Die Mittags - und Nachmittagsbedienungen klappten fast gar nicht. Meistens musste man erst zur Bar laufen, um bedient zu werden. Wenn man am Tisch saß, kam so gut wie niemand vom Personal. Man wurde regelrecht ignoriert. Das ist kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Da uns das Abendessen zu wenig mit Italien verband, waren wir von 6 mal Abendessen 4 mal außerhalb essen. Es gibt sehr viele gute italienische Restaurants im Umfeld. Bis zur Innenstadt etwa 10 min zu Fuß, wenn man denn noch weitere Restaurants sucht.

Brilliant!
Pros:

Great location, good food choices and excellent service from the staff. Room was decorated for us when we arrived as it was a special anniversary which was a very lovely thoughtful touch.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say, great from start to finish.

Pros:

Rustige plek aan de rand van Bardolino met een korte wandeling langs de boulevard kom je in de drukte met verschillende terrasjes en restaurants.

Cons:

Onderhoud buiten van het groen rond het zwembad en de bestrating.

Ook is de parkeergarage niet echt geschikt voor grotere/bredere auto's. Denk er goed om want dat leidt tot schade . . .

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Das sehr schöne Hotel liegt in super Lage - alles ist zu Fuss bestens erreichbar und Parken ist auch problemlos möglich. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

It was beyond expectation and really enjoyable
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. It was my daughter's birthday and they went out of their way to give us a lovely table for dinner, overlooking the lake. My daughters are vegan and despite not having it on the menu they cooked a vegan meal especially. It was a lovely experience.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

Nice hotel, perfect location. Right on the lake, only a short 5-10 min stroll to the main town. Beautiful breakfast views. Hotel staff weee lovely’s really enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Although never an issue getting a sun lounger I did find people left towels out all day but didn’t use the loungers until very late afternoon, this wasn’t monitored at all. Other than that a really lovely stay

Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und gepflegt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist direkt am See, nur durch eine wenig befahrene kleine Straße getrennt, mit großer Terrasse.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für jeden ist etwas dabei.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind bedingt durch sehr kleine Eckfenster gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Der von uns gewünschte Seeblick entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen..
Die Klimaanlage hatte ihre Mühe das Zimmer abzukühlen. Es waren aber auch 37° Außentemperatur und nachts noch 25°

Tolle Lage, sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem Alex war sehr höflich und freundlich. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
