Das ganze Hotel ist renoviert und entspricht hohen Anforderungen -einzig die Schlafzimmer die offensichtlich noch nicht renoviert wurden

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura solamente per una notte ma sicuramente ci torneremo presto per poter godere di più della bellezza del posto e delle gentilezza del personale!
Sicuramente le camere sono un po’ datate rispetto al resto della struttura ma la pulizia l’ho trovata impeccabile. Le zone comuni, tra cui reception, ristorante e piscina, sono frutto di un ristrutturazione recente e questo rende il tutto confortevole.
Abbiamo inoltre soggiornato con il cane che, a parte per la piscina, è ammesso in tutte le zone e questo ci ha permesso di portarlo sempre con noi

Bella la val Cadore ma andrei in un’altra struttura
Pros:

Sicuramente la struttura ha un’ottima posizione in centro,le camere sono carine e il balcone è molto apprezzato sia per stendere eventuali cose ad asciugare sia per guardare la vista sulle montagne. Il letto è comodo. Pulizie giornaliere molto apprezzate. Il bagno è spazioso e comodo

Cons:

Ho trovato lo staff (tranne la ragazza che ci ha accolto all’arrivo e due camerieri che servivano la colazione) abbastanza freddo e ho ricevuto una risposta abbastanza scortese quando ho chiesto se il frigo in camera funzionasse (non funzionava molto alla fine quindi potrebbero toglierlo dai servizi). Inoltre la spa era sempre spenta e credo ci volesse un prezzo aggiuntivo per accedere cosa che non era menzionata. Anche la colazione non è niente di che
