Fijn hotel, wij komen graag nog eens terug.
Pros:

Kamer was prima/netjes; ontbijt prima. Locatie fantastisch, op korte afstand van het Comomeer. Personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk. Was blij met de gereserveerde parkeerplaats en de mogelijkheid om elektrisch te laden.

Cons:

Geen lift in het hotel. Veel lawaai en geschreeuw in de nacht van gasten boven ons.

Her terras aan de voorkant zou wat gezelliger kunnen en meer uitnodigend. Probeer de bar in de lobby wat meer te betrekken. Het viel ons op dat er geen bezetting was achter de bar.

Delightful few days at the lake!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs! It was so easy to stroll
Down and rent a boat for a day on the lake! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And finally, it was a yummy breakfast with lots of variety!

Un bel endroit très agréable ou nous serions bien resté encore un peu...On reviendra surement.
Pros:

Emplacement extraordinaire avec le ponton pour prendre les bateaux tout à coté.
Personnel à l'accueil très aimable.
Petit déjeuners supers bons.
Parking sur place. ( payant)

Cons:

La possibilité de prendre ses petits dejeuners sur la terrasse serait un plus les jours de beau temps car la salle est un peu trop commune. Mais nous n'avons pas demandé non plus.
Bruits dans les autres chambres voisines ( portes et personnes ou enfants qui parlent un peu trop fort de bonne heure)
Etagère supplémentaire pourrait être ajouter dans la sde pour poser quelques trousses de toilettes.

Świetny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji - zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od jeziora Como i centrum miasta. Pokoje są czyste, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone, a obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Śniadania smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Panuje tu spokojna, przyjazna atmosfera, dzięki której pobyt był naprawdę udany. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie tu wrócę podczas kolejnej wizyty nad jeziorem Como.

Mirna lokacija, a opet si u sredistu svega. Osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo, ciste sobe.

Samo malo da je “bogatiji” dorucak sa slanom ponudom, ali opet to nije negativnost

Lovely hotel with great attitude to customers
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel on the banks of the lake ( the water Taxi is 5 min walk from the hotel and lots of restaurants locally )with great parking and a friendly attitude to guests. We loved the bar which was open until late and the room was very pleasant, although not large, but it did have great AC and a lovely shower. We would definitely stay again here.

Nothing really unless they can put in a pool LOL

Major issues despite helpful staff
Pros:

No TV, no elevator (we had to carry heavy bags up two floors), and no running water. The only positive point was the hotel staff, who made a huge effort to fix the issues.
