Schöner Zwischenstopp auf der Durchreise
Pros:

Man ist mit wenigen Schritten am See, der Promenade und einigen Restaurants. Auch steht das Auto sicher auf einem Parkplatz am Hotel. Als Zwischenstopp ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider war in unserem Bereich kein Fahrstuhl, was bei "großem Gepäck" eine Herausforderung war. Das Zimmer war erwartungsgemäß etwas klein, aber groß genug für eine Nacht.

Walkable location near the local ferry
Pros:

The front-line staff were pleasant and hardworking, providing helpful porter service to carry our bags up to the first floor and kindly filling our water bottles for us on our first evening. The room itself was comfortable with cozy beds and soft slippers, and the hotel sits in a great location within walking distance of the local ferry dock for scenic slow-paced boat trips(fast speedboats require a connection through Como). The breakfast spread included plenty of fresh fruit each morning.

Cons:

The facility lacks basic 4-star standards, offering only a cheap 2-in-1 soap dispenser, an empty minibar, repetitive breakfast with limited vegetarian options, with no daily water refills providing just two tiny 250 ml water tetra packs for a room of four on our day of arrival. While staff kindly filled our water bottles for free one evening. The hotel's rigid management policies and system limitations really drag down the guest experience.

Excellent hotel, staff and location.
Pros:

Superb location and fabulous room. The deluxe room was modern with excellent bathroom. The room was comfortable room with the much needed air conditioning. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly very willing to assist with any requests.

Fijn hotel, wij komen graag nog eens terug.
Pros:

Kamer was prima/netjes; ontbijt prima. Locatie fantastisch, op korte afstand van het Comomeer. Personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk. Was blij met de gereserveerde parkeerplaats en de mogelijkheid om elektrisch te laden.

Cons:

Geen lift in het hotel. Veel lawaai en geschreeuw in de nacht van gasten boven ons.

Her terras aan de voorkant zou wat gezelliger kunnen en meer uitnodigend. Probeer de bar in de lobby wat meer te betrekken. Het viel ons op dat er geen bezetting was achter de bar.

Delightful few days at the lake!

The location was perfect for our needs! It was so easy to stroll
Down and rent a boat for a day on the lake! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And finally, it was a yummy breakfast with lots of variety!

Un bel endroit très agréable ou nous serions bien resté encore un peu...On reviendra surement.
Pros:

Emplacement extraordinaire avec le ponton pour prendre les bateaux tout à coté.
Personnel à l'accueil très aimable.
Petit déjeuners supers bons.
Parking sur place. ( payant)

Cons:

La possibilité de prendre ses petits dejeuners sur la terrasse serait un plus les jours de beau temps car la salle est un peu trop commune. Mais nous n'avons pas demandé non plus.
Bruits dans les autres chambres voisines ( portes et personnes ou enfants qui parlent un peu trop fort de bonne heure)
Etagère supplémentaire pourrait être ajouter dans la sde pour poser quelques trousses de toilettes.
