Ocean views in beautiful Positano at Hotel Pupetto
Pros:

Fantastic location with beautiful views. The beach club was very conveniently located and very reasonably priced. Breakfast overlooking the sea was exceptional. The luggage porters were a big bonus to help get luggage down to the hotel. Access through Hotel Vittorio up to the road was great. Complimentary beach towels and bag to use at the Hotel was very nice. Gorgeous flowers and gardens abound!

Hotel Pupetto was a great stay!
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Pupetto. It’s a small hotel located 10 minutes walk from the center of town.
We loved the location. Positano can be busy and this location felt very private.
Our room was good size with plenty of space to unpack. Room decoration is minimal but the view is fantastic so it makes up for that. Bathroom was great. Could use extra space for toiletries but we made it work.
The restaurant at hotel was fantastic. I don’t usually like to eat in the hotel but we were delighted we did.
The front desk staff is helpful and accommodating. They were also very responsive on email when making plans.
Arrival requires some coordination because you can’t drive to the hotel itself but they are very good at it and with a little planning it was seamless.
Breakfast was pretty good not great! They charge extra for omelette which was a surprise.
I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing hotel stay at Hotel Pupetto!
Pros:

We had an amazing 4 nights at Hotel Pupetto for our honeymoon, the location was perfect. On the quiet end of Positano but still walkable to the center of town. It was convenient to get to the port, there’s 2 beach club options, a restaurant we had a lovely dinner at and daily free breakfast served. The rooms were clean, spacious and our balcony view was marvelous. The service was outstanding, from the porter who lugged our bags to the reception staff who provided recommendations and assistance with a very early morning transfer we had to Naples. They were transported and stored our bags at a locker near where our driver was picking us up so we avoided dragging them up 300 steps. They made our trip memorable and pleasant and we would absolutely stay here again!

I’d recommend this to anyone. Views from our room
Pros:

The location was perfect. Lots of stairs to climb in Positano. Seen one too many people struggle with bags. This is the perfect place to stay perfect nights quiet with nothing but the sounds of the ocean water waves. Walking to town 5 min.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The location away from the busy central area was very relaxing. The staff was wonderful and took the time to get to know my family. The outdoor area-both beach and bar-were beautiful. Our dinner at the restaurant was exceptional!

Cons:

I wish the beach chairs were included in the price of the room

Pros:

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Positano. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet, Sanitär-Ausstattung auf neuesten Stand und alles sehr gut gepflegt.
Das absolute Highlight dieses Hotels ist jedoch das Restaurant. Neben einer sehr gut gewählten Auswahl an Wein, die auch bezahlbar sind, bietet die Speisekarte absolute Leckereien, das kompetente Restaurant Personal erklärt einen auch die Zusammensetzung von verschiedenen Gerichten und ich würde meinen, dass hier auf Sternenniveau gekocht wird zu einem bezahlbaren Preis. Respekt , absolut zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Man muss natürlich immer ein paar Stufen gehen das muss man vorher wissen, wobei der Weg ins Stadtzentrum relativ einfach und ohne viel Treppensteigen zu erreichen ist.

A real shame
Pros:

Very good hotel. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, and nice rooms. Unfortunately, we arrived just as they were doing construction. Every day, even on Sunday, there was annoying noise from hammers. A real shame. April 17-21, 2026
