Hotel is closed by the small beach but short walk from main area, that means rear it’s is quiet and you can go for a quick swim. I booked it for only one night as mixed up dates and booked another one for other 3 nights in the main area. I wish I booked this hotel for all my nights!!!! Other hotel was more expensive , noisy due to bar nearby and high up. Peter met me at the ferry pier and also helped with suitcase when I was moving out. Not the case with other hotel. Room was excellent with the beach just below balcony. Also it has a lovely restaurant with amazing view.

Everything! What is not to like! The location is absolutely stunning, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of positano but close enough to walk to and access ferries etc. the views…. Are just so tranquil! It has been a dream staying here, the beach club attached saved us on a hot day! How this is only a 3 star hotel I will never understand. Thanh you!

An excellent hotel with a stunning location and extremely friendly staff. Unfortunately, a group of non-European tourists stood out unpleasantly, loudly and vulgarly discussing transatlantic issues among themselves. As an outsider, I found this bothersome, though of course, it had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Loved our stay at Hotel Pupetto! The staff were super lovely, the room was very spacious, the location was excellent and the balcony view was unbeatable. We loved the breakfast buffet and the beach club downstairs was super convenient. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the marina (no stairs) so it's in the perfect location. We arranged private transfers through the hotel and it was 100% worth it - the staff organised to have our luggage picked up and dropped off which was so handy given the amount of stairs involved (only around 200 from memory but that's still a lot with luggage!). Overall, an amazing experience and we would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Positano!

Incredible stay for our honeymoon, we were right on the beach, only a 5 min walk from the port but it all felt very private and secluded. Free breakfast each morning, staff were wonderful and porters transferred our luggage to and from the port for us

Fabulous location, an easy 10 minute walk from the ferry port along a coastal path but far enough away from the noise & chaos of busy Positano.
Staff were excellent (apart from one occasion but that was rectified) and meals in the dining room were top quality.

We booked this hotel because it was on the beach and a short walking path from the main area in Positano. The room was very clean with a nice balcony. Breakfast was included every morning which was nice. Veronica, who worked the front desk, was extremely helpful and nice! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location with beautiful views. The beach club was very conveniently located and very reasonably priced. Breakfast overlooking the sea was exceptional. The luggage porters were a big bonus to help get luggage down to the hotel. Access through Hotel Vittorio up to the road was great. Complimentary beach towels and bag to use at the Hotel was very nice. Gorgeous flowers and gardens abound!

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Pupetto. It’s a small hotel located 10 minutes walk from the center of town.
We loved the location. Positano can be busy and this location felt very private.
Our room was good size with plenty of space to unpack. Room decoration is minimal but the view is fantastic so it makes up for that. Bathroom was great. Could use extra space for toiletries but we made it work.
The restaurant at hotel was fantastic. I don’t usually like to eat in the hotel but we were delighted we did.
The front desk staff is helpful and accommodating. They were also very responsive on email when making plans.
Arrival requires some coordination because you can’t drive to the hotel itself but they are very good at it and with a little planning it was seamless.
Breakfast was pretty good not great! They charge extra for omelette which was a surprise.
I would definitely stay here again!
