Cons:

Établissement très bruyant ( bruit de la route, chambre sonore, bruit de la Clim qui en plus ne fonctionne pas)
Beaucoup de problèmes électriques dans l ascenseur et dans la chambre
Petit déjeuner pas du tout à la hauteur du prix de la chambre

Good location but not really a hotel. It’s a hostel I would say.

Good location. Nice host.

Cons:

This is not the hotel. It’s like the hostel. Everythingis tired and feel like the hostel while you paid 160eur per night.

In a lovely location right beside Lake Como and next to a Pizzeria with bar that opened at convenient times - the owner Sylvia was so people friendly understanding and helpful

Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente. Andrea estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia. Las vistas de la habitación que nos ha tocado y la terraza increíbles. La situación del alojamiento también es muy buena como base para visitar el lago de Como.

Cons:

Para nosotros no ha sido un problema pero si tienes el sueño ligero, el aislamiento acústico de la carretera es mejorable.

Pros:

Läge precis vid vattnet och underbar utsikt. 10 m till busshållplatsen och 140 m till båten. Dock trafikerar båten inte under lågsäsong, men promenaden till båt från Tremezzo är vacker och ca 15min. Jättebra frukost

Sängarna lite hårda, som det brukar vara på italienska hotell.

Disaster. Not worth a penny, especially with the bed bugs!

Horrible place. Dingy. Dirty.

Cons:

Duvet doesn’t have a cover.
Someone’s contact lenses were in the shower; so clearly the shower wasn’t cleaned before we were given the room.
Bed bugs!
And the manager Silvia is aggressive and displayed unstable conduct!
