Value for money, with good people who were very smiling and kind
Pros:

The staff were very kind.
Very nice localisation.
Bed were very confortable

Cons:

Bathroom were a bit old.
Hearing a bit the noise during early night and late morning (so nothing crazy)

Close to everything, which is the only reason we stayed here.

Cons:

Noicy, small, no fridge and a very wierd policy from the hotel saying that guests are not allowed to leave the hotel with room keys. This is more like a 1 star hotel. The bed was very hard and we woke up several times each night. The aircondition was too loud to sleep whilst on.

Lovely economic, well placed hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location - less than ten minutes from the main station, and close to rapid transit lines to get to other places in Milan. Hotel garden really lovely.

Hotel très mal insonorisé, chambre et salle d’eau petites, propreté de la salle de bain à revoir, climatisation inopérante, petit dejeuner moyen.

Hotel simples, mas com funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. O café da manhã também é simples, porém satisfatório. A localização é boa, próxima ao metrô e à estação de trem, e a região nos pareceu segura à noite.

Cons:

O quarto e o banheiro são bem pequenos, o que pode ser desconfortável para pessoas maiores. O principal problema foi o ar-condicionado, que, apesar de existir, era muito fraco e não conseguia refrescar bem o quarto no verão.

Le personnel d'accueil et de service pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.

Cons:

Le bruit. Manque d'insonorisation on entend les bruits des chasses d'eau et des douches des autres chambres, le bruit des pas dans les escaliers et couloirs. Salle de bain étriquée qui aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation quant au wc la cuvette est coincée entre la paroie douche et le mur. Très difficile de fermer et d'ouvrir les volets. En bref cet hôtel nécessiterait une rénovation totale.
