Top locatie, slechte hygiëne
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en stond klaar om te helpen. We verbleven hier i.v.m. de parkeermogelijkheid en de makkelijke uitvalswegen naar Venetië. Dit was echt top!

Cons:

De hygiënescore en reviews over hygiëne zijn belangrijk voor ons als we boeken, deze kwamen echt totaal niet overeen met wat we kregen. De badkamer rook al naar schimmel bij het opentrekken van de deur. De raam naar buiten was zeiknat in de ochtend, terwijl we 's ochtends niet hadden gedoucht en het buiten niet bijzonder koud was. De zwarte schimmel was verspreid door de douche en rondom de wasbak. Ook de handdoeken waren niet schoon (gele vlekken, vreemde geur). Dit was echt een enorme domper in het verblijf.

Très bien pour visiter Venise.
Pros:

La qualité de l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la situation géographique (proche du tram / bus pour Venise - commerces et restaurants à proximité), la possibilité d'un parking sur place. Hôtel simple mais bien équipé (réfrigérateur dans la chambre) et très bien tenu.

Die Lage war super zentral und sie haben einen Parkplatz angeboten das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Lovely hotel, great staff. I’d definitely recommend it!
Pros:

The staff were welcoming, lovely, professional and very accommodating. When I asked for a tea cup, blanket and Kettle, they were straight on it.

The location. I chose this hotel as I was running the Venice Half Marathon. The start was right outside the hotel, no exaggeration!

Easy, quick access to transport into the Centre of Venice and lots of shops and cafes near to the hotel.

Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. I slept very well whilst I was there. It did get a little chilly but I requested an extra blanket and this did the trick.

Reasonable price for bed and breakfast.

Cons:

My shower was lovely and warm, but my friend who had a separate room said hers was cold/luke warm and her room was on the other hand very hot. But she didn’t complain and give staff the chance to rectify it.

My friend also had breakfast every morning (I didn’t as I was too comfortable in my bedroom!) she said there wasn’t a lot of choice, but it is a small hotel so that’s expected.

Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Sightseeing in Venedig eine gut gelegene Unterkunft
Pros:

Lage war sehr gut für öffentliche Anbindung nach Venedig, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Sehr laut und hellhörig. Direkt unter den Fenstern der Hotelzimmer stehen Glascontainer, die in der Nacht von den umliegenden Gastro Betrieben gefüllt werden.

טוב אבל...
Pros:

את המארח שהיה פשוט מקסים ברמות ויצא מגדרו כדי לעזור (הכל בתשלום כמובן ומה שהוריד שהתשלום כמו נסיעה בת מספר דקות להביאנו מתחנת הרכבת שעלתה 30€ על נסיעה לשדה התעופה שם היינו צריכים לאסוף את רכבנו הוא גבה 50€), הכל כאמור היה כרוך בכסף.

Cons:

את עלות הנסיעות גם כשהם היו כרוכות במספר דקות בלבד, מארח טוב היה עושה זאת ללא עלות
