Very disappointing stay – I would not recommend this hotel.

There is no check-in at the hotel after 5pm. If you arrive later, you have to go to another hotel to check in, which is extremely inconvenient when travelling with luggage.

The shower in our room did not work properly. The room was very small and extremely basic – no kettle, no useful facilities and not even a bottle of water on arrival.

The parking information is also misleading. The hotel advertises parking, but it is actually paid parking around a 10-minute walk away. It is not an easy walk when carrying suitcases.

Overall, the hotel did not match what we expected from the description. Poor facilities, inconvenient check-in and misleading parking information. I would not stay here again.

Got done by a tour bus, no night excursion after buying tickets.
Pros:

Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Steps and more steps, lift old and not working all the time. Wasn’t easy to find, no sign and no instructions to find. Asked for two singles got a double.

Pros:

The location was great for our needs. The staff were lovely, helpful and engaging. The place was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The room was small and there wasn't a view, which was fine, because were not there for the view from the room.

Gem of a hotel.
Pros:

What a beautiful little hotel. Just beware there are many steps once you get in and their operating hours are 7:30-4:30. They have another location they partner with but with luggage that is tough. However it was clean, quiet and a great location. They were lovely too. The room was bigger than I expected especially for what we paid!

Pros:

Amazing hotel in the center of Rome with nicely furnished rooms. Very close to antique Forum and Coliseum. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. Great Irish pub downstairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable, AC and fridge worked perfectly.
For sure I will stay here again.

Cons:

Water in the shower occasionally changed its temperature.
I had some issues with WiFi connection from the scratch, but I didn't try to solve it
