C'è di meglio
Pros:

Zona non troppo lontana da Trastevere , circa 12 minuti a piedi.
Letti comodi (ma è molto soggettivo)
Frigo mini in camera

Cons:

Struttura datata
Ascensore molto piccolo(non ci entrava il passeggino del mio bimbo).
Sanitari e bagno in generale da rifare completamente, un po' di ruggine e doccia troppo piccola e scomoda.
Presenti saponi e phon.
Ma per essere a Roma, una tripla pagata 115€ a luglio non è male.

We stayed in Apartment No. 12, and we have nothing but wonderful memories of our stay!

First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Omar. He is an amazing person—very kind, welcoming, polite, friendly, and professional. He greeted us warmly, explained everything in detail, and was always ready to help. Thanks to him, we felt truly welcome from the very first moment.

We were a group of three adults and one child. The apartment was spacious, cozy, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. We felt at home rather than in a hotel.

The location is perfect—the beach is literally just a few steps away, which was a huge advantage for us. We also really appreciated the secure private parking, so we never had to worry about our car.

Before our trip, we read the reviews and looked at the photos, hoping the apartment would be as nice as it seemed. When we arrived, we realized it was even better than we had expected. Everything is beautiful, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged.

We are extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this place to everyone. It is truly one of the best places we have ever stayed, and it is definitely a place we would love to come back to again and again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and such a warm welcome!

Pros:

Tutto ottimo. Camera pulita, staff gentile. Per il prezzo che ho pagato (45 euro per una persona a Roma con colazione inclusa) non posso lamentarmi 😄
