Good to stay, but not with small child.
Pros:

Friendly staff (help to resolve some questions). The personally are trying their best to make staying more comfortable. We were allowed to leave our belongings w/o add.charges while checked-out. The breakfast was better compared to other hotels (even with higher price). Cleaning every day. Basic bathroom set in stock.

Cons:

I would suggest to add boiled eggs and vegetables to breakfast. The picture from hotel doesn't correspond with reality(( the room had kind of renovation (painted walls), but bathroom condition was bad (hand shower wasn't working, mold and old scale). Please change the shower fixtures and improve ventilation. I would add more hooks in the bathroom for towels.

O staff foi sempre muito simpático, atencioso e disponível para ajudar sempre que necessário, o que contribuiu positivamente para a estadia. A troca de toalhas foi efetuada diariamente, de forma consistente

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço ficou bastante aquém das expectativas. A variedade de opções era limitada, nomeadamente ao nível do pão, estando disponíveis apenas fatias do tipo pão de forma. A oferta de pastelaria parecia excessivamente industrializada e pouco apelativa. Para quem procura uma alimentação equilibrada, as opções eram escassas, predominando produtos com elevado teor de açúcar para o início do dia.

Relativamente ao quarto, a limpeza também poderia ser melhorada. Embora estivesse aceitável no geral, os WC apresentavam algumas falhas de higiene e atenção ao detalhe, o que prejudicou a perceção global da estadia.

Considero que existem aspetos importantes a melhorar, especialmente na qualidade e diversidade do pequeno-almoço e nos padrões de limpeza, para que a experiência corresponda às expectativas criadas pelo hotel.

Staff were lovely and breakfast was well done. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was very workable.

Cons:

A lot of street noise if you are a light sleeper and thin walls. Somewhat of a hostel vibe with school aged kids in their pyjamas at breakfast and running in the halls - not ideal if you are staying on the same floor.
