Il personale accogliente e professionale. Il materasso molto comodo e la stanza pulita. La colazione ricca e varia. Infine, nonostante la presenza di studenti in viaggio di istruzione, la notte si riusciva a riposare.
La stanza seppur pulita era piuttosto spartana nell'arredamento e non molto curata. Per esempio una presa si staccava dal muro e il bagno aveva il pavimento lesionato.
Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in una camera economy, selezionata da booking. Per quanto piccola era abbastanza comoda. La location è centrale, noi con la macchina riuscivamo anche a trovare parcheggio. Lo staff è gentilissimo.
L'hotel è anche pet friendly. I cani non possono entrare nella sala colazione, però ti consentono di lasciare il cane solo in stanza. Per l'animale si "paga" una caparra di 50 €. Nell'insieme soddisfacente.

La peggiore camera della mia vita! Tutto usurato al massimo, tutto al limite della rottura, e non entravo nemmeno nella doccia!

El hotel precio calidad está muy bien. Está muy bien ubicado, pasa el autobús y el tranvía muy cerca a menos de 5 minutos caminando . Hemos podido aparcar el coche en la misma puerta del hotel y no se tiene que pagar nada porque no es de pago esa zona, hay parquin cerca también.
El desayuno muy completo, hemos ido con dos niños y ha sido muy cómodo levantarse y poder desayunar ahí mismo.
La habitación era de 4 personas que entran bien y es pequeña pero solo íbamos a dormir y el lavabo muy grande.
Tienes una fuente para beber agua en la misma puerta del hotel.Henos ido el Julio en plena ola de calor y el aire acondicionado ha sido muy importante.
Llegamos pronto y nos guardaron las maletas.
No tengo nada negativo que comentar.. Antes de reservar este hotel he dudado por algunos comentarios negativos. Hay que ser consciente que los precios es Roma son muy elevados y si vas a este hotel es porque el presupuesto que tienes para viajar es limitado. Es un hotel que tiene unos años pero está limpio, y es solo para pasar unas horas durmiendo.
