Hôtel 2 étoiles avec un rapport qualité/prix au top.
Pros:

La chambre était très bien, la salle de bain refaite à neuf. Juste un petit point à améliorer concernant l'isolation sonore. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, pour un hôtel 2 étoiles, il était varié. L'hôtel est situé à 5 mn à pieds de la station de métro, à 15 mn à pieds du quartier Pigneto. Il y a également, un carrefour city, un glacier, un primeur à proximité. Le personnel est très chaleureux. Nous remercions Sami et Chakir pour leur accueil, leur bonne humeur ainsi que pour leur disponibilité. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Hotel simples mas com serviço muito bom e uma boa proposta pra quem viaja sem crianças!
Pros:

A equipe do hotel é excelente, principalmente Sami e Shakir que sempre nos foram solícitos para apoiar minha situação com o bebê de 1 ano. Café da manhã simples mas muito bom, com um jeitinho de comida caseira! O hotel parece estar sendo reformado aos poucos e tem quartos muito bons com ar-condicionado. A localização também é muito boa com opção de metrô muito perto (Estação Lodi) além de restaurantes, farmácias e mercados muito próximos a pé. Fomos em 12 e minha família ficou dividida em 4 quartos, por isso sei dos demais quartos.

Cons:

Contudo, meu quarto mesmo não era dos melhores e é antigo, não tinha ar-condicionado e o calor em Roma esta época está fora do normal. Tive problemas também com água quente e fria, todo dia no banho havia oscilação da água. O banheiro, seguindo o padrão europeu (ou italiano) tem o box pra tomar banho muito pequeno, sendo um sacrifício tomar banho num espaço assim (este problema não é único deste hotel, mas de todos os outros que passei também). Por não haver frigobar, tínhamos que pedir todo dia pra colocar a comida do bebê na geladeira e com os 2 que citei acima sempre foram muito solícitos, mas o funcionário Victor infelizmente deveria parar de trabalhar com público. Não tem a menor noção de bom senso e é de uma grosseria sem precedentes pra quem trabalha num hotel.

Location is excellent: close to metro, grocery or coffee and bakery. Very clean room, friendly stuff

Bon séjour à Rome
Pros:

Bon séjour !! l'hôtel se trouve à quelques minutes d'une station de métro. Le gérant est particulièrement agréable et attentif aux voyageurs. Petits déjeuner simple mais raisonnable pour le prix 7€. Bonne literie. Salle de bain très bien.

Cons:

Chambre donnant sur la rue (bruits le matin et le soir). Chambre non isolée (bruits des voyageurs dans les escaliers), la lumière passe sous la porte. Manque 1 oreiller pour plus de confort par personne (nous l'avons réclamé et ils nous ont été donnés).

It was ok - the second night was better than the first as it was noisy on the first night

but the stairs going up were not and the shower was very small and had not been properly cleaned with hairs on the tiles - yuk :(
