Great value for money for basic stay
Pros:

Big space, very affordable and right next to Roma Termini! People say the area is not safe but I didn't feel unsafe at all.

Cons:

I can't close the window and have to be careful when changing because there is another building in front of my room and people can probably see through my windows.

Also the lift broke down on my 2nd day. By the 4th day I needed to leave and had to carry my big luggages down by myself, from the 4th floor.

TV is also not working.

Place just felt a bit old.

Cons:

They didn’t clean the room, they give some little packages of soap for 1 day, but when it finished, they didn’t give us anymore.

Dopo aver pagato su booking tantissimo. Sia la stanza che la tassa di soggiorno 24 euro per due notti, in reception mi volevano chiedere una seconda tassa di soggiorno con una scusa banale. Fate attenzione, è una truffa. Non ripagate la tassa di soggiorno.

Non credo costi molto dotare ogni stanza di un asciugacapelli.
Pros:

La distanza dalla stazione. La presenza del personale alla reception fino alle otto di sera mi faceva sentire più tranquilla

Cons:

Un Asciugacapelli unico da condividere con gli altri clienti della struttura. Ho chiesto se potevo lasciare i bagagli prima della partenza, mi hanno risposto che avevano uno spazio in un altro piano come una soffitta o un magazzino poco utilizzato non ho accettato. Non avevano contanti per darmi il resto del mio pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. La zona attorno e' molto sporca e frequentata da senzadimora e balordi.

Hacía rato que no me hospedaba en un hotel de solo dos estrellas... Debo admitir que todo resulta un poco básico. El edificio está limpio, aunque a la entrada están unos botes de basura siempre llenos. La habitación es muy esencial, pero correcta; el clóset es un tubo.. pero una vez más todo funcional. Un día no hicieron la limpieza, pero no sé por qué... otro día olvidaron ponerme papel higiénico, pero lo pedí y me lo dieron muy rápido. La ubicación es inmejorable, para hacer la visita a Roma (casi enfrente de Termini) aún si el barrio no es el más bonito de la ciudad. Se desayuna bien en la Trombetta, cerca de ahí.

Cons:

Creo que dada la categoría, todo fue correcto. Ojalá pudieran mejorar lo de los botes de basura en la entrada del edificio. Dan una impresión muy rara. El elevador es funcional, y está bien, pero está pintarrajeado.... se nota que le tiran colillas de cigarro por el cubo de la escalera.

Fue pésimo todo lo que nos pasó. Encontramos el hotel cerrado a nuestra llegada. Debemos alojarnos en otro hotel.Al dirigirnos al Milazzo, nos respondieron que nos cobrarían solo una noche. Nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros para darnos explicación del dinero abonado.
