Hotel Sonya stands out for its excellent location, just a few minutes from Termini Station, which makes both arriving in and leaving Rome easier, as well as taking day trips to cities like Naples and Florence. In addition, the room size is a positive differentiator, providing greater comfort during the stay.
Tive alguns problemas com o hotel. Só é fornecido um cartão-chave para o quarto, o que é bastante inconveniente quando se está acompanhado. O ar-condicionado não funcionava bem, o que foi especialmente ruim nesta época do ano, com temperaturas de 35 graus à noite. I had some issues with the hotel. Only one key card is provided for the room, which is quite inconvenient when you are traveling with someone else. The air conditioning did not work properly, which was especially problematic at this time of year, with nighttime temperatures reaching 35°C. The shower also did not work well, which was frustrating after a long day out when you just want to relax and take a comfortable shower. In addition, the minibar was not working properly, in fact, it did not cool anything at all. In my opinion, it was not worth the money. This was my second time in Rome, and I decided to try a different hotel, but in the end, the experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Just an average hotel. The online pictures of the rooms and of the reception area are definitely a bit more polished than reality. We booked direct with the hotel on their website and selected the "Bed & Breakfast" rate for our chosen room.
When we checked in, I inquired about the time and location of the breakfast, and was told by the desk clerk that breakfast was Not included. Part of the reason we chose this hotel is that we were just passing through for one night and I'd read that the breakfast at this hotel was good.
The next morning, I asked again, just to be sure there wasn't any miscommunication, and I was somewhat rudely directed by the young man to "just go out and find any bar."
The room was clean enough, but there did seem to be some confusion at check-in time as to which rooms had been cleaned and were not ready for guests.
