Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, es acogedor y el personal muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo.

Cons:

Por decir algo, la habitación nos quedó un poco pequeña, y queda en un piso alto lo que dificulta a personas mayores. Pero en estás cuidades antiguas creo que es lo común.

Good hotel never everything

The location is amazing. Walking distance to SMN train station, Duomo, Basilica, Academia, Ponte Vecchio.

Cons:

3rd floor with no elevator. Smoke smell on the stairs.

Nos atendieron muy bien y muy amablemente cuando llegamos y durante nuestra estadía.
La ubicación estaba muy bien, negocios cerca y zona tranquila. Camas cómodas.

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor si vas con valijas o con personas mayores son 2 pisos los que hay que subir.

Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix est impeccable, la personne chargée de la réception nous a très bien accueilli. L'ensemble des documents remis étaient traduits dans notre langue, un grand merci ! De plus, il nous a autorisés à laisser nos sacs à dos pour se promener la journée après notre check out.

Cons:

The hotel is on the 4th floor, with NO elevator . The stairs are narrow, hot, and steep.

Cons:

Todo estaba ok, la chica de la recepción muy amable y atenta, :) , sin embargo había un olor fuerte al llegar al hotel a jabón, suavizante o velas, no sé que era, y en la habitación también había un olor tan fuerte que tuve que tener el aire acondicionado toda la noche y aún así me costaba estar en ese lugar y respirar.
