Good location and helpful staff
Pros:

We arrived around 20:00, and the instructions to check in at a nearby hotel weren't an issue. The receptionist was helpful, but the room assigned to us was newly renovated and has some issues which they try to resolve quickly. The room was small and the aircon wasn't working, so they gave us a fan. We couldn't open the window overnight because of the street noise. Breakfast was basic, but we didn't expect much. The location was good, with many local eateries and close proximity to the main attraction and tran station.

Cons:

They were continuing the renovation on the weekdays, but luckily we checked out soon after; otherwise, the noise would have been an issue.

Apenas da localização, mas diante de tudo, nem isso foi suficiente

Cons:

1 coisa, não tem recepção e você só sabe no dia que vai fazer o check-in, quando é direcionada para outro hotel onde deve fazer o check-in.
2 o quarto tem cheiro de mofo, é extremamente escuro. Passei mal com o cheiro
3 o box não tem porta, então o banheiro inunda todo, inclusive a água vai para o quarto. Tive que pedir tapetes extras e ainda utilizar as toalhas para escoar a água
4 o vaso sanitário é altíssimo, uma pessoa baixa tem sérias dificuldades
5 o hotel é todo de escadas, desde a entrada no prédio até para acesso aos quartos
6 a entrada no hotel é através de um código, que várias pessoas tem acesso, não me senti segura
7 o barulho de outros quartos é ouvido
8 o café da manhã é bem básico e o suco de laranja é água pura
9 o exaustor do banheiro mesmo com as luzes desligadas fica fazendo barulho por um bom tempo
10 a cama é super barulhenta
11 o quarto tem mosquitos

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Flirence et découvrir ses richesses !
Pros:

Le petit -déjeuner était copieux et bon, le lit large et confortable .La proximité avec les trésors locaux : le duomo, la galerie de l'académie,la galerie des Offices et le possibilité, de payer une place de parking sur place dans le centre historique sont des atouts certains !

Cons:

Le fait de n'avoir aucun interlocuteur sur place, d'être obligé de se rendre au Marcos pour recevoir ke code d'accès et surtout de monter seul., deux hauts étages avec lew valises , en l'absence d'ascenseur est problématique.

L’emplacement très proche du tramway qui mène directement à l’aéroport

J’étais seule donc j’ai eu une chambre simple, et qu’elle fut ma surprise en arrivant à l’intérieur ! Ça sentait le renfermé, la peinture était craquelée, des trous rebouchés n’ont pas été repeints, il y avait toutes les traces de moustiques tués sur les murs, donc certains moustiques encore sur le mur ! La literie n’était pas bonne, et l’insonorisation était horrible j’entendais les conversations de mes voisins qui parlaient pourtant normalement et la télé allumée, sans parler des gens dehors qu’on entendait faire la fête. Ça ou rien comme isolation c’est pareil. Aussi, il n’y avait aucune couverture, simplement un drap et un par dessus lit qui ne doit pas être lavé très souvent. Le sèche cheveux fonctionne 10secondes avant de s’éteindre. Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas fameux. Peut être que c’était la pire chambre simple de l’hôtel et que les autres étaient mieux je ne sais pas. En tout cas j’ai payé 370e pour 2 nuits et c’est vraiment moyen !!!!
