Excellent location and friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Location near station and helpful concierge service who helped reserve a dinner at local restaurant. Gave good suggestions for food. Breakfast on site was a nice surprise and well worth the cost of stay. Multiple cappacinos were given and they opened breakfast early to serve us on two days for our outings.

Cons:

Smaller unit and floor was very slippery. It is a fall hazard with or without shoes.

Pros:

Het hotel ligt op steenworp afstand van station Firenze SMN en op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Wij kwamen vroeg aan met de trein en onze kamer was al klaar, dat was prettig. De kamer is ruim en de airconditioning is gemakkelijk te bedienen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet heel erg uitgebreid. Ik verbleef 1 nacht dus het was prima.

A small, friendly hotel which is just a few minutes walk from the main railway station. The receptionist was very helpful and recommended an excellent and affordable restaurant for dinner. It's easy to walk from here to the city centre. My single room was perfect for my needs. Helpfully there's a convenience store across the road to buy food for a train journey. I would happily stay here again.

Friendly, comfortable, convenient hotel.
Pros:

Convenient for the railway station and city centre, friendly receptionist who also recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner, comfortable single room that entirely met my needs. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Cons:

Everything was good. Yes, the street can be a bit noisy, but this is an Italian city and I loved the vibrant atmosphere so this isn't a grumble.
