Pros:

Fantastic location in the centre of Florence and walking distance to main sites. Friendly family run hotel. So obliging with an request for assistance to book taxis, directions, recommendations. Clean with comfortable beds and daily change of towels

Cons:

Rooms over 2 levels with no elevator. I was on the second level so difficult with a heavy suitcase

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, imprescindible si quieres aprovechar la estancia en Florencia. La atención del personal fue muy buena. La habitación muy tranquila a pesar de que daba a la calle y a la terraza con vistas.

Cons:

El desayuno es un poco caro para la variedad que ofrece. Nosotros preferimos no pagar el desayuno y hacerlo en alguna cafetería cercana. El lugar donde guardan las maletas podría tener un poco más de privacidad.

Super beliggenhet nær tog etc. bra hotell for pengene.
Pros:

Trenger litt oppussing eller vedlikehold. (Men alt fungerte:)
Likte balkongen der man kunne ta med en flaske vin etc.

Cons:

Kunne ha vært litt mere kvalitet på frokosten (Hadde utvalg men litt lav kvalitet)

Boa localização, mas não vale o preço e nem o conforto.
Pros:

Localização.. perto de tudo. Muito fácil de chegar de passear no centro historico e ir para a estação de trem.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno, instalacao bem velha. Tinha um buraco no teto do nosso quarto. Nosso chuveiro quase não saia água também. Travesseiros e roupa de cama ruins.. não tem A/C. Limpeza deixou muito a desejar.
