Fantastic stay at a very comfortable hotel in a superb location in Florence.
Pros:

Location was absolutely superb, being super close to the central train station. Owner (Constantino) and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing concerning.

A pleasant stay in a clean and welcoming hotel
Pros:

The room is old-fashioned, but it is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast provided offers plenty of choices. The owner is kind and friendly, making you feel welcome. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

I liked it!!!
Pros:

The feeling of being in the beginning of the 19th century. The bedding were crisp and clean, overall it was very clean. Very nice breakfast with homemade feelings. The staff/owners were nice and friendly. Also, I would recommend this place, because it’s close to the train station. I Liked it!!!

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Excelente el desayuno,hotel familiar, te ayudaban a solucionar cualquier solicitud ya sea de manejo en la ciudad o algun requerimiento de parte mio o de alguno de los integrantes de mi familia. Ubicacion del hotel muy buena cerca de terminal de buses y trenes, calle muy tranquila

Struttura un po’ vintage, ma accogliente, con proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.
Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico e molto vicina alla stazione.
Camera grande, bagno finestrato e aria condizionata utilissima nelle giornate caldissime di giugno.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con un po’ più di scelta tra dolce e salato.
Pulizie al piano troppo presto al mattino.

Pros:

Гостепримный хозяин, забота о гостях, возможность оставить багаж, чистое белье. Отель расположен в жилом доме на 2 этаже. Вход в подъезд и подьем на лифте. Хозяин и его сын всегда на месте, их квартира напротив. До Дуомо идти минут 10-15. Т.к. было очень жарко, 40 градусов в тени, то идти чуть дольше. Расположение для поездок по окрестностям хорошее, рядом жд вокзал и автовокзал для поездки в Сиену.

Cons:

Район специфический, вокзал. Было очень жарко в эти дни. Когда уходили из номера, просили не выключать кондиционер, но , когда возвращались, он всегда был выключен. Завтрак на любителя.

Pros:

The staff is amazing, they're so caring and helpful. The parking was with a service for 30 euro a day but they come get your car and bring it back so you don't have to drive in Florence. The hotel is the cleanest we've ever stayed it, the cleaner is absolutely amazing (and we've been in hundreds of hotels) also a fantastic location close to everything

非常好，值得入住的酒店。
Pros:

位置很好，距离火车站、教堂、美术馆、老桥比较近，步行可达；宾馆在安全的街道，是一个家族宾馆，房间很高、很舒服，前台老先生非常友善、绅士，告诉我们已经开店75年了。他的儿子非常英俊，热情，帮我们安排了满意的房子。

スタッフ（家族経営？）皆フレンドリー
駅から近いので交通至便、列車移動の旅行客には良い
スーパーも近いので買い物には困らない
徒歩5分程の中央市場には美味しい店がたくさん入っていて23時位まであいていてお勧め
特にトリュフたっぷりのリゾットは絶品

ビルの2階のみがホテルで他の階は別ホテル等々で共同ビル、入るのに呼び鈴鳴らして表のドアを開けてもらいレトロなエレベーターで2階へ
エレベーター小さいのでスーツケース2個と2人で満杯、4人家族やグループでは2往復必要
フィレンツェのホテルはこの集合住宅のような形式が多いのだろうか？
いちいち呼び鈴鳴らしてドアを開けてもらい遅いエレベーターだったり出入りがめんどくさい
ホテルが面している道路はホームレスが歩道に寝ていたりゴミが散乱していて環境は良くない
部屋は古くバスルームが狭い
シャワー浴びていても腕が壁に当たる狭さ
もう少し安ければそれなりの評価だが、この値段では割に合わない
チェックアウト時に市税を払うが明細もレシートもなくちゃんと納めてんの？と心配になる
(市税自体は適正料金）

満足！
Pros:

駅から歩いて５分くらいの近さ。なんといってもオーナーの人柄の良さです。親日家で息子さんが、つい先日、日本に旅行に行ったんだと話してくれ、その息子さんは２日目にフロント業務をしていてお話ししました。部屋はコンパクトでスーツケースを広げるのに十分の広さがあります。とても快適な滞在でした。

Cons:

ドライヤーが１分ぐらい使うと止まり、少し置くとまた稼働するというのが不思議でした（使い方が悪いのか？）

Great hotel near train station SM Novella. Definitely would stay there again.
Pros:

Great family owned hotel. Mid range, plenty of space. 5 minutes from train station, never heard a train. Owner gave great restaurant recommendation. In the heart of Florence.
