I would definitely stay at this place again and would recommend to anyone wanting a city stay
Pros:

The hotel could not have been more central. Surrounded by restaurants and sites. Staff were really friendly and managed to arrange the same room when we extended our stay so we didn't have to move rooms. We never made it to breakfast so cannot talk about that. The room was very spacious and the third bed was great to store our suitcases.

Cons:

The only thing I would improve is the shower. While the shower cubicle was spacious, the actual shower was oddly positioned so that the flow of water was not ideal for washing and the shower head kept sliding down.

Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage in Orvieto ZTL-Zone, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer mit Balkon gut -> gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, Bad mit Fenster, Parkplatz in TG sehr nah zum Hotel

Wasserdruck sehr schwach, Frühstück zu süss und wenig salzig

Colazione normale, i salati erano molto pochi

Cons:

Bagno in camera, doccia inesistente dentro una vasca da bagno,ti raccontano di ciabatte all'arrivo in camera ,di queste neanche l'ombra,camera che sa di chiuso,mancanza di un armadio,al posto del comodino c'era un pouf,per quello che ho pagato per un hotel 3 stelle è uno sproposito

Pros:

Localização perfeita para conhecer o centro de Campos do Jordão. Pode beber sem precisar dirigir. Tem estacionamento gratuito. Os quartos são super confortáveis, chuveiro forte e quentinho e o café da manhã é delicioso!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Location near to the cable car and fortress was perfect. Staff was also attentive and friendly. Photo is sunrise nearby the hotel, towards the fortress. Family loved Orvieto and the cute hotel.

Cons:

Somehow air conditioning stopped in the morning and was hot. We checked out anyway so not a big problem.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, so dass man Orvieto perfekt erkunden kann. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, das Frühstück üppig, der Empfang ausgesprochen freundlich und alles ist super sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Pros:

Albergo all'interno del centro storico con possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento a poca distanza ma con possibilità di carico e scarico dei bagagli antistante l'albergo stesso (con tutta calma). Camera con tutto il necessario; aria condizionata silenziosa e colazione varia sia nel dolce che nel salato. Personale gentile e disponibile.
