Hotel Duomo’s location just of the Duomo square, makes it a great choice. The staff speaks excellent English, is very friendly, and was helpful with restaurants, etc. (make a reservation for Mamma Angela’s) The breakfast is adequate and the espresso/coffee very good. Our spacious room, Suite 302, had a back/side view of the Duomo. The air conditioning, while ok, seemed to work off and on.
The only comment we have is regarding the floors. Be very careful in the shower, as the floor is extremely slick when wet. And, strangely, the floor in the room was not very clean. Our white socks picked up a lot from the floor. Wear the provided slippers.

Stanza spaziosa e funzionale nel centro di Orvieto, a due passi da un grande parcheggio. Bagno pulito e con tutto il necessario. La signorina alla reception e' stat molto gentile, ci ha aspettato fino a tarda sera, ci ha accompagnato alla camera e ci ha dato consigli per la serata.
Le scelte di arredamento ed i colori danno l'idea di un appartamento datato, ma e' in linea con il contesto.
Letto non comodissimo.

In 4 days they didn't change the bes shits. Didn't check what missing or used up, The parking is very far from the hotel and you have to carry your luggage on an unpaved suface and for this they are charging 20 euro per day.

Fantastic location, great breakfast with lovely service by staff , and good coffee. View from balcony from our room terrific. Hotel is literally off the Piazza where the Duomo and nice eating spots, which do not make noise at night.
Hotel forgot to book the taxi for us so we were waiting 30 minutes at the station until once which we thought was ours arrived , but the driver took us . Room was dirty , we wear socks in our room and they were covered in dust . Shower and bathroom tiny and very tired. Toilet brush best not to say . Bright artwork illuminated in room by very bright led lights - bedside light a mixture of bright light and soft light on other bed side. Wi fi dint work for 2 days - thanks Peter for your hard work - the whole hotel lost its system including land
Line . Staff upon check in were basically disinterested - looking at their phones . Had to ask for some help to get bags to room. Room door lock dodgy needed a technique ! Furniture in room very old fashioned but room very good size but tiny bathroom. Poor soundproofing within building - we could hear people talking in next room and their bathroom . One day was quite hot so we tried to turn on a/c - didn’t work - asked and were told it’s too early for air con hotel to be switched on. Very comfortable bed - but no valance fitted ! Bin in bathroom broken and light hanging out of ceiling.

We had some problems with the WiFi connection which Pietro helpfully tried and somehow managed to solve.

We had a large clean and comfortable room with a partial view of the Duomo! We loved hearing the bells out our window. The staff was so kind and helpful! A special thanks to Massimo who was so kind and attentive during our stay. He even helped us park our car😊. On that note, the video directions to the parking lot in order to avoid the ZTL zones that they sent via text were great. They were very responsive to questions, and the breakfast provided was better than expected, even after reading the great reviews about the breakfast. The location of the property couldn’t be better!
The only downside was that their phone system wasn’t working during our stay and also there were some issues with the Wi-Fi. Not their fault though!
Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very comfortable stay in tastefully furnished junior suite with very good bathroom. Hotel staff were super attentive, and friendly. Excellent service throughout. Great location, easy to walk to the Duomo and other attractions in the old city. Close to good bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend and if we visit Orvieto again we will return to this lovely hotel.

La camera pulita e la posizione ottimale per visitare orvieto. E' centralissima, e il parcheggio pubblico veramente comodo. Buona la colazione e gentile lo staff.
