Su booking ho scelto la camera di 16 mq da 73 euro anziché la camera da 12 mq che aveva lo stesso prezzo.
In hotel, ha pagato mia moglie con la carta di credito e le hanno fatto pagare € 74,12 più € 6 di tassa di soggiorno.
La mia è semplicemente una nota di disappunto, perché per me si tratta di una questione di principio e di correttezza. Se sull'app il prezzo indicato al momento della prenotazione era di 73,00 €, non vedo il motivo per cui, al check-in, sono stati richiesti 74,12 €. Non è tanto la differenza di importo a essere rilevante, quanto il fatto che il prezzo finale non corrisponda a quello che mi era stato comunicato in fase di prenotazione.
Inoltre, il materasso del letto troppo fine e dalla finestra che da sulla strada sottostante non isola i rumori delle auto che passano

Un'opzione davvero ottimale in termini di prezzo e posizione
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto che il personale era gentile e disponibile. La posizione è proprio in centro, non molto lontano dal parcheggio gratuito. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa.

Cons:

La camera era nel complesso pulita, ma abbiamo trovato dei capelli sul letto e in bagno. Di notte il frigorifero in camera ha iniziato a fare un rumore piuttosto forte. La colazione non è male, ma mancano più opzioni di piatti non dolci.

Fantastic location and a great little hotel
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and dinner on the terrace in the restaurant next door was just beautiful, over looking the valley

Cons:

We knew we could park at the hotel, but we didn't know you could drive your car into the town. You have to park on the outskirts and walk in. It would be good if the hotel advised the nearest carpark.

O melhor hotel de Assis.
Pros:

O melhor hotel da nossa viagem até agora, e olha que já passamos por várias cidades! O atendimento é impecável; a recepcionista é maravilhosa, super educada, paciente e sempre disposta a ajudar. Além disso, a vista é deslumbrante e os quartos, assim como todo o hotel, estão super limpos. Recomendo muito!
