Fir the price, it’s a fairly good value and great location
Pros:

The location- practically next door to St. Francis of Assisi church. What we came to see.

Cons:

No one at the reception desk except at breakfast time
The shower room was extremely small. I kept hitting my behind on the cold shower curtain.
No fresh fruit at breakfast time
No refrigerator in the room

Pros:

Месторасположение, очень близко к базилике, удобная регистрация, чистота, было тихо ,сытный завтрак, очень дружелюбный персонал готовый во всём помочь.

Cons:

Мы были втроём и было немного неудобно с вещами так как нет шкафов , а небольшие ниши, а для двоих вполне достаточно, мы были всего одну ночь поэтому всё норм,

Great location next to the Basilica, and great for a short stay
Pros:

Host was super nice and the breakfast was good. Great location right next to the Basilica San Francesco and close enough to overnight parking. The bed was comfortable enough and the staff were very nice. Assisi is amazing!

Cons:

Rooms were small and the bathroom had an odor/foul smell coming from the drains. Otherwise, it was okay for a short stay.

So close you could flick holy water at the basilica.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff very helpful.

Cons:

The room was small, but given the age of the building this is more of an observation than a complaint. Soundproofing was not the best.

サン・フランシスコ聖堂に近いので、何度も出たり入ったりして朝夕の景色の変化を楽しむことができた。出発の朝のスタッフが親切で混む時間にタクシーを呼んでくれた。
