La posizione fantastica, ottima pulizia e staff disponibile.

Cons:

Stanza spartana, da svecchiare.
Troppo rumorosa a causa di porte e finestre inadeguate.
Niente tende oscuranti, perciò alle prime luci dell'alba ti svegliavi e letti e cuscini troppo scomodi.

Ich würde diese unterkunft weiterempfehlen und auch noch mal buchen
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, Aufzug vorhanden, Parkplatz, in direkt der Nähe und preislich gut.
Wir haben ein Frühstück vor Ort dazu gebucht.
Für fünf Euro pro Person sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Mir persönlich fehlte eine Ablage im Badezimmer am Waschbecken oder daneben. Für eine Nacht machbar für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es zu empfehlen.
Mückenschutz an den Fenstern leider nicht vorhanden.
Wir hatten nach Öffnen der Fenster eine Mückenplage. Dafür hat aber die Klimaanlage super funktioniert.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i jeżeli ponownie będziemy w Asyżu to z pewnością zatrzymamy się w San Rufino.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel. W dniu naszego wyjazdu właściciel przygotował nam śniadanie przed normalnymi godzinami, abyśmy zdążyli zjeść. Bardzo czysto, co dziennie sprzątane pokoje i wymieniane ręczniki wraz ze środkami czystości.

Ubicado muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de sus sitios a visitar.
Pros:

Habitación amplia, limpia. Cama, sabanas y lavabo todo limpio. Disponen de parking a las afueras, a unos 500 metros, por un precio económico.
Desayuno en los bajos de un hotel muy cercano con variedad de producto y cantidad correcta.

Cons:

La ducha era muy estrecha y de golpeabas constantemente con la mampara. Suelo de la ducha muy resbaladizo. Sería recomendable poner un plástico o toalla para evitar resbalar. El ascensor te deja 3 ó 4 escalones por debajo del piso, que si vas cargado con maletas no es muy agradable. Las toallas del hotel son muy delgadas y prácticamente no secan nada.

Para se sentir em Assisi
Pros:

Ótima localização, dentro da cidade murada e próximo a Porta Perlici. O atendimento foi gentil e cordial, e na acomodação havia um bom banheiro e com cama confortável. O café da manhã era muito bom.
Bastava sair do hotel e já estava perto de tudo que há de gostoso em Assisi.

Cons:

O quarto tinha odor de cigarro, mas não lembro de haver informação de quartos para fumantes e não fumantes.
