Pros:

Bellissima location a due passi dal centro storico di Assisi, pulita ed accogliente. Munita di parcheggio privato e di rimessa dove poter sistemare delle biciclette.

Ottima posizione a due passi dalla Cattedrale di S. Rufino. Siamo stati accolti da personale cortese e professionale, all'arrivo ci è stato proposto il cambio a pari costo con una camera all'hotel Il Duomo, attiguo e appartenente alla stessa gestione, in modo da poter consumare la colazione della mattina successiva nella stessa struttura, senza dove uscire; con il cambio ci è stata assegnata una camera più grande di quella prenotata.
Camera confortevole, spaziosa, pulita.
Ottimo buffet per la colazione, molto apprezzata la disponibilità di frutta fresca, yogurt e muesli sfusi, discreto assortimento di dolci (nel buffet anche qualche prodotto per colazione salata, non esprimo giudizio non avendone fatto uso).

Cons:

La camera con affaccio sulla strada purtroppo risente dei rumori esterni, in particolare il passaggio degli addetti alla raccolta dei rifiuti la mattina presto. Nel complesso comunque la camera è risultata sufficientemente silenziosa ed il riposo notturno è stato molto buono.

Atendeu as minhas expectativas.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom e atende as expectativas.

Cons:

Apesar do quarto que eu estava ser amplo ele não tinha janela. Tinha uma claraboia que clareava o quarto muito cedo.

Good but do not expect modern
Pros:

The location is good for traveling with luggage. The breakfast was good but you will need to go outside to another hotel 2 mins walk. It is owned by the same family. The area is quiet and also surrounded with good places to eat such as La Rocca.

Cons:

The bedroom and bathroom are a bit outdated. The bathroom looks a bit too old as if it dates back to the 90's. Other than that the rooms are very clean but value for money I would have expected a better hairdryer and at least a kettle too. Also no mirror inside the bedroom.
