Wir hatten für zwei Nächte gebucht und waren tagsüber unterwegs. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt raten wir ab.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird offensichtlich hauptsächlich von Reisegruppen genutzt. Daraus entsteht eine unangenehme Atmosphäre. Es ist sehr laut, insbesondere im Speisesaal. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, insbesondere das Bad. Bei der Frage, ob wir ein anderes, größeres Zimmer bekommen könnten, wurde uns gesagt, dass unser Zimmer allen anderen entspricht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab keine Duschkabine. Die Dusche wurde durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Im Duschbereich befand sich auch die Toilette.

Das Hotel La Rocca in Assisi punktet vor allem mit seiner guten Lage. Der Matteotti-Platz ist ganz in der Nähe und die Altstadt lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Assisi und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.

Siamo stati bene ad Assisi, città della pace.
Pros:

Praticamente tutto, posizione quasi centrale, albergo ottimo e pulito, il personale veramente professionale. Abbiamo solo cenato per avere più tempo per visitare i luoghi cari a San Francesco, ma le cene erano sempre varie ma molto abbondanti. Siamo stati veramente bene.

Infelizmente, nossa estadia no Hotel La Rocca, em Assis, foi bastante decepcionante.

Embora o hotel tenha boa localização e o quarto seja limpo e simples, a experiência como hóspede deixou muito a desejar.

O hotel parece dar prioridade ao funcionamento do restaurante, localizado no segundo andar, e do bar no térreo, que recebem grupos de turistas para o café da manhã e o jantar. Com isso, o conforto e a tranquilidade de quem está hospedado acabam ficando em segundo plano.

O barulho é constante, com conversas em voz alta, ruídos da cozinha e mesas sendo arrastadas até 11h da noite e a partir das 7 da manhã, o que compromete bastante o descanso. A recepção e a atenção aos hóspedes também parecem não ser uma prioridade.

O café da manhã é desorganizado, com os hóspedes sendo acomodados conforme os lugares disponíveis, sem uma organização adequada.

Se você procura um hotel para descansar e ter uma estadia tranquila em Assis, minha recomendação é procurar outra opção.

Pros:

Location at the top of Assisi was easy to walk and get to other places. We ended up in a room facing the restaurant and they changed us to another room after we requested, so it was nice they did. We had breakfast at the hotel which was convenient, simple, but good.

Cons:

Our room was not ready when we arrived after the check-in time. We had to take stairs to the room that was outside which I didn’t know because when I read the reviews and saw they had lift but apparently it’s not for all rooms.
