Felt like the vampire Armand living at Mariuses posh house
Pros:

The location was amazing, breakfast was delicious, staff were absolutely wonderful, the room was something out of a movie. OH AND THE INTERNET!!! It was the fastest WiFi on my entire trip. Its faster than the one I have at home. Also, air-conditioning was just right

The lack of ventilation in the toilet (I know there's a window but I'm too short to open it so it's kinda my bad xD )

Buona soluzione per Venezia
Pros:

La posizione molto buona a 10 minuti da piazzale Roma e a 15 dalla stazione dei treni. Quartiere comunque tranquillo a circa 30 minuti da S.Marco. Letti abbastanza comodi e bagno spazioso. Staff cortese e disponibile. Colazione semplice ma buona. Pulizia ottima.

Cons:

Durante la notte in camera si percepiva un rumore continuo di sottofondo che non ha mai smesso, decisamente fastidioso. Gli ospiti al piano di sopra hanno disturbato fino alle 2 di notte purtroppo.
Alle 10.40 la signora delle pulizie ha bussato per farci capire di andarcene (check-out 10.30 un po' prestino a mio avviso),comunque ci aveva visto fare colazione e abbiamo ritardato a causa di un piccolo disguido in sala colazione perchè non c'era l'acqua calda per il te.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nur ca. 15 min Fußweg vom Bahnhof St. Lucia entfernt und hat ebenfalls eine gute Lage zur Rialtobrücke, Markusdom oder Dogenpalast.
Das Frühstück ist gut ausgestattet. Es werden süße und herzhafte Backwaren gereicht, die am Buffet stets wieder aufgefüllt werden.
Wir konnten nach dem Check-out unseren Koffer in einem Kofferraum abstellen und ihn später zur Abreise abholen.

Pros:

Небольшой отель, просторный номер (хотя нас двое и заказывала номер на двоих, но почему-то было 4 кровати). Хороший завтрак включен в стоимость. Очень удобное расположение - везде по Венеции можно дойти пешком.
Хорошая услуга - оставить вещи даже когда ты выселился, за ними можно прийти до 21-00, это удобно, если у вас рейс вылета позже 10.
Номера чистые и также душ и туалет. Окна выходили во внутренний дворик, очень красивый вид.
Фен есть. Рядом есть магазинчик и кафе.
Вайфай слабый очень, ловил с перебоями, особенно в холле внизу.

Cons:

Завтрак разнообразный, только было несколько закусок незнакомых в виде выпечки и оказалось, что многие из них с сырной или мясной начинкой, было неприятно это узнать, если ты вегетарианец. Такие блюда надо подписывать, чтобы не было "сюрприза" для человека, который также может иметь аллергию на молочные продукты.
В душе не закрывалась дверь-гармошка, так что было проблематично помыться, вся вода снаружи. Кнопка смыва унитаза отвалилась от стены на моего ребенка, когда он был в туалете, упала ему на голову и на спину, хорошо, что это просто легкий пластик. Некоторые розетки не работали.
